That sounds like you think we're telling the same story as the game... I swear we aren't... I said, there won't be so much death/destruction, but there will be pollution. Like, that bit stays the same.

So it seems the Pokemon company have registered a few more trademarks in the grand US of A. These trademarks are PokéTretta Battles, PokeTretta Tournament, PokéFigure and PokéFigure Arena. So it seems like the arcade game Pokemon Tretta is coming to the west... Which is one more reason to visit an arcade, I guess. If you want information on the game, it can be found here. So, what are your thoughts on it? Will you play it? Or ignore it?

Alrighty, it's my turn. HP: I haven't been really sick in a while, so I'll go with a base of about 95. Seems raisonable. Attack: I have enough strength to lift my body! But I only weigh 50 Kg, so you know, not a lot. Base 67. Defense: Got a bit of tolerance, so 80. Special Attack: My school says I'm a genius, so base 140 for me~~~ Special Defense: What Ame said. Pretty impervious, so about 95 again. Speed: I can move really fast when I want to, so this will be about 120. Ability: either Insomnia or Gluttony. Sleep and I are locked in a never-ending battle, and I could eat a horse if I wasn't vegetarian. Tier: From all that, I am obviously an Alakazam, so OU! WOOO!

Like I said, not too light - Reborn isn't gonna be full of rainbows anytime soon. Kiki will have her weaknesses, as to leave them out would ruin the community. This will probably be a year before the game, so not much is different. As for Pokemon duels, they will probably be similar to a Fighting mini game because fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun~ I'm not really comfortable taking ideas from someone else's project... And I don't see them as relevant. But thanks for the offer!

Alright, another author! You're up. So now, I'll use my 50th post to kinda reveal the ideas I had for the plot, and leave it up for discussion. First off, this will be a lot lighter than the actual game - I generally don't want anyone to die. That being said, it is set in a dirty, polluted area, so there will be some darkness. Secondly, I wanna set this before the events of the game, so I can use nearly everbody in the 'lore'. And also, I want to set this at the fighting type gym (the area escapes me now) where the protagonist is a trainee at Kiki's gym - because then she's nice - who trains to become a Pokemon Martial Artist, or something. From this, actual battles won't be in the novel; just something similar between fighting type pokemon, called Pokemon Duels. And so the protagonist trains across reborn while also meeting other gym leaders and such... How does that sound?

Now all I have in my brain is that all the psychic pokemon, like Mr Mime and Jynx are the pokemon that haven't evolved in this direction but gained more physical powers and now are all powerful beings that can manipulate time and space also all humans are psychic types that have a connection to Unown Dammmmmmmmmn
