You have to win it from a machine lottery that costs you around 10 credids credits at a PK Center in Cellia. Believe me, it will probably take you a lot of soft-resets until you manage to get a Feebas. with proper IVs. That is, unless you just want a Milotic for your collection.

To Evolve Scyther in this game, all you have to do is give it a Metal Coat and use a Link Stone on him, and its done.

I have a problem. When I tried to go straight to the Eclisia Skyview from this red warp pad or go there by climbing the Pyramid to the elevator, I get stuck with Error. The ice stone is obtainable in the game. The easiest way to get it is by completing the Kimono girl's quest at Route 9 inside of Souta's house.

I am going to ask these small questions out of curiosity. Are we going to have a updated relationship guide of v11 anytime soon? And how many new patches are we going to have this month?

Started around half year before V10 came out. I got hooked on this game after playing Desolation and Reborn to try to see which plot was the scariest among them. (And even today, Desolation 's plot still scares the crap out of me the most)

You can find a Swablu at Addenfall woods, the place where you battle Amelia for the first time, you will see one in a tree, you will need a GourmetTreat in order to battle it.
