Is there currently no way to download version 10?

So I download this patch if I have the main version 9 installed? Or do I have to have version 10 to download this patch 10? I am a bit confused. I also noticed that you can pass one of the plants on the deck of the ship at the very beginning. Not sure if this is intended since all other plants are not passable and it leads to a dead-end, anyway. Screenshot:

But aren't there already 18 gym leaders and 8 elites implemented? Or is the feature list more of a future features lists?

Hey guys, i decided to recolor one of the available player characters to better suit my taste and thought I'd offer it here in case anyone is interested. I changed her hair from pink to blond, gave her blue eyes and slightly altered the color of her boots and improved consistency between trainer card picture, battler and sprite. Let me know if I missed anything or something needs fixing if you decide to use it. Edit: Just realized that I missed some files in Pictures. Will the new archive as soon as I am finished with it.
