Kane looks just slightly relieved as Ferdiad agrees to come with. "Thank you, brave Knight... I promise when all of this is done, the country will hail you as a hero. Queen Stella will see to that as well... there are many sins in this world, and sometimes, they can't be forgiven... but all the same, there is always a road to redemption. It's just a matter of if you want to take that bumpy, treacherous road... to get to a satisfying destination at the end." Kane gives him a gentle pat on the shoulder. "Won't you both join me back in the living room?... Snowbird, I know you were getting overwhelmed, so you don't have to if you don't want to. I just want to go deliver my verdict to the Queen." --- Stella gives a very gentle giggle at Justine's words, though Albert slightly narrows his eyes at her. "You're very kind... and I am grateful for all of your answers so far, but please make sure that all of you are willing to come with me. If there's anything I can do or say to convince you, please let me know..." Arthur gives a little sigh, still looking away from the group with his eyes closed. His hand clasps over where his Mark is, as if to try to hide it even more than his clothes already were. "..."

Kane mulls over what Ferdiad says. He didn't care much for the reputation of Virtuous as long as the whole country wasn't calling for their heads; in the end they were bound to have plenty of people against them, considering how without context, their missions could seem very... outlandish. Unfortunately, as a result of mulling things over, Kane does not overhear the behavior of his teammates in the living room. "Knight... No way would any part of you be a curse to us. You've been one of, if not the most invaluable member of Virtuous. Snowbird's right; if the Queen is willing to work with us, she can give you a chance. It's up to you though if you'd like me to appeal to her. We can't and won't go to Ceda Castle without you... it'd be wrong. Just tell me what you want to do... but know that I'll support any decision you make." --- Meanwhile, in the living room, things were starting to get a little heated. Albert looks a bit on edge. Arthur looks just about ready to yell at someone, probably Lizaveta. "Can you not behave yourselves!? I know you're all Virtuous, but it's disrespectful to argue this way in front of the Queen-" Stella raises a hand to Albert, quieting him immediately. It takes her clearly a little bit of effort, but she stands up from the couch. She's short; just an inch taller than Mim's height, and yet she manages to have an imposing presence, especially now that her eyes seem open for once rather than constantly being drifting off. Even Arthur quiets down. "None of you will be put in the dungeon under my watch, and none of you are obligated to take my offer, or even trust me if you do not want to. I understand; you are all wanted criminals across the continent, and I am queen of one of the seven countries demanding your arrest." She sounds fully attentive, but there's a hint of forcefulness to her tone. "But I ask that you give me a chance to support you all. If my reputation is not enough... then I'm afraid I have nothing. Nothing... except a sign of trust. To show you all that I mean what I say." Without a moment's hesitation, Stella rolls up her right sleeve. Arthur gives a small gasp of shock that almost sounds scandalized, and Albert looks extremely confused. On Stella's shoulder is a small crest with a faint blue glow, in the outline of a bear's face. "M-My lady, what's... what is that? Why have I never heard of this?" "...This is... the royal crest of Ceda. The Mark of the Bear... or as we may refer to it in public if we must, based from our ancestral weapon... 'Sloth'. These are not crests to be proud of... they're a burden. Even the cruelest rulers know to keep it under wraps... A mark of shame that royalty bears upon their right shoulder, as proof that we are meant to rule for our own selfish gain, and nothing else. You may notice the faint glow as well... it's normally meant to shimmer much more brightly once you are ruler, but I could never figure out why mine never did. My husband's doesn't shimmer, but that's because he isn't a part of the bloodline, his crest is artificial... my mother's shimmered, but not mine, even when she passed away. These crests are never meant to be shown to anyone but other members of royalty... Arthur?" With a small groan, Arthur turns away from the group and rolls up his own right sleeve, showing a similarly faintly glowing outline of a crest; this time, it glows a faint red in the outline of a horse's face. "...The Mark of the Horse... 'Wrath'." Arthur immediately pulls his sleeve down after his explanation, continuing to look away from the group. Stella looks over everyone with gentle eyes, her tone growing softer. "It's nothing material, nor solid proof of good intentions... but no royal would ever show their crest to someone they wouldn't trust with their lives. I... hope that's enough to show you all that... I believe in you all. You saved Arthur... I... I don't have anyone else to turn to. I... will be useless in trying to keep Purgus safe... and I would only be able to watch as every country flares up in war... and it'd be only inevitable for Ceda to become a casualty. Please... heed my words."

Kane looks a bit crestfallen as his words seem to do nothing to help Ferdiad, so instead he just patiently listens. Then responds afterwards in a gentle tone, his concerned tone and face fading away and replacing with sympathy. "...I understand what you mean. Forgive me, it was tactless to act like it wasn't as important as it really was to you... but my point still stands. I won't accept the Queen's offer if you feel as if you can't go to the castle. If Queen Stella forbids you on her grounds... then I refuse to work with her, plain and simple. But..." Before Kane can continue, Mim shows up. Kane looks mildly alarmed, but his softness has not disappeared. "There's no worry at all, Snowbird. I was just having a short talk with Knight... but I understand the pressure you must be feeling. I must admit... while I'm trying my best to show it, it's really hard being the leader of one of the most well known crime groups... with a queen and a missing prince in your base. I can't blame you for needing fresh air. So please, feel free to stay if you need." Turning back to Ferdiad, Kane continues to speak softly. "I know you have great honor as a knight, so while I will offer to negotiate with the queen to take you out of exile, or at the very least, tolerate your presence while working with us, or she won't be seeing a single one of us work with her... but if you'd rather me not negotiate, which I understand,. we'll simply find our own way to improve this continent, and that's my final word, even if you may disagree. I am not leaving anyone behind for any queen or prince."

Albert looks a bit more in high spirits. Seems Fey might have won him over just a little bit. "Yes, indeed! I may not be the best she's ever had, but I certainly do try!" As that happens, Stella looks curiously at Shin with his responses. "Mmm... Shuhficus...? That's a strange name... but it's nice to meet you... I do have a castle, it's nice..." Stella doesn't really seem to get the gesture Shin does for a handshake or notice, especially when Justine speaks to her. "Ah... and you're Minstrel... I'm happy to help, especially for a nice young lady... Arthur was right too, you are cute..." "Okay, I never said that!" "You don't think she's cute, Arthur...?" "I- I never said that either!" Another giggle after Stella finished teasing Arthur, her turning to Lenore. "Not at all... there's something at my castle that I was hoping to show all of you, I didn't bring it since I'm... not exactly supposed to take it outside of the castle, it's too important to get stolen... but it's because of its exclusivity to me and the rulers of the other countries with knowledge of it not even being with the public... I want to show it to you all... to convince you all that... we can change the world for the better... if you want." Stella looks rather pleased with Baldur's response, but her smile is replaced with discomfort as she covers her ears. "Not so loud, please..." Arthur sighs a bit. "Thank you, but I'm fine without tea for now. But maybe later." Albert nods in response to Baldur. "Very well. As long as you promise... then I have no complaints."

Arthur looks mildly annoyed at Lenore's comment. "Oh, whatever, I'm not the damn prince anymore, I refuse to give that bastard the satisfaction of having an heir-" He stops himself short as it's apparent his swearing only serves to make Stella giggle. With a huff, he leans against the wall, no longer nearly hitting his head on it. "Hehe... If that's the case, though... then it's good to know that... I'm not alone. I want to make the world a better place... and it's reassuring to know that. Arthur may not sound like it, but he wants to change the world too..." Arthur doesn't comment. --- "Yes, life can be interesting in that way... I personally was not sure myself if we should be going here, especially just on Prince Arthur's word, but Queen Stella insisted. Urgh, it was frustrating... I told her I wouldn't go on basically no information at all and I would not allow her to risk her life, but then she pouted at me and looked like she was about to use her favorite form of guilt trip on me. I tell you, normally I don't stand for that sort of thing, but Queen Stella just manages to tug at my heartstrings, especially since she sometimes even starts crying, it's sometimes a little ridiculous how much I'll listen, but that's just my duty..." --- Kane looks... rather shocked at what Ferdiad says. His expression looks more soft, but still concerned. Mostly for Ferdiad's wellbeing. "I'm not going to accept the queen's offer unless I know I have you... if it weren't for you, I would never have gotten the confidence to get this group kicked off of the ground. I won't leave you behind... if you feel uncomfortable with going, then we won't go. This may be the biggest break Virtuous has gotten and will ever get... but I'm not going to do it without you, Ferdiad. If there's any way I may be able to convince you, please let me know now, but if I can not persuade you... I won't do it."

"Very good, very good... Of course I mean nothing in bad faith, just sometimes it gets a bit exhausting, that's all..." Kane looks... rather surprised at Arthur being the prince, but decides to keep quiet about it as he notices Ferdiad's request. Kane gives him a nod. "Of course... Excuse me for a moment, Queen Stella, I will be deliberating your offer, but feel free to hear out the opinions of my teammates." As Kane moved to the kitchen, he passed by Justine, giving her a small pat on the shoulder and a whisper. "Keep her occupied and talking, will you?" He moved to the kitchen to Ferdiad, his expression growing a bit concerned. "Is everything alright?" Kane speaks with his voice down.

Albert looks to Fey, a bit off-put by being addressed directly, but regardless leaning in to whisper, making sure Stella was too busy preoccupied with giggling at Arthur's sudden swearing. "Er... Of course, don't tell her I said it, but... y-yes, admittedly it does happen a bit... er, but she does know how to keep a secret! Did the young Prince Arthur not tell you that he was the prince of Ria?... Well, no, I kind of understand why... he was on the run, and King Ruslan never posted his name or pictures... but he didn't tell her to keep his identity secret, he wasn't expecting us..."

Albert looks nervously to all of you. "Urgh... I can't believe this! All this work we put in, and it gets completely blown! Let it be known that I still do not trust any of you! So do not dare to touch the Queen, or you'll all taste my sword!" Albert draws his sword, and Stella yawns from behind him. "...Albert... you do know... they have Arthur with them, right...?" Arthur looks at Albert with mild annoyance, and in response, he quietly sheathes his sword without a word. "V-very well! Why don't... you do the talking then, my queen?" Another yawn as Stella sits up a little bit more (but not nearly enough to call her 'sitting up'), giving a little smile to everyone. "Of course... you see, I've been wanting peace among Purgus... it's upsetting seeing all of these kingdoms in turmoil while my own does... not the best admittedly, but I'd like to think it's doing well... but as of late, I... I had a realization. A realization of a way that... we can figure out what's going on. Why the world fell so far from its roots so long ago, when everyone prospered and peace among the kingdoms was solidified... but it's dangerous, and something I can't do..." "...If... if you're all interested... I'd like to bring you to my castle. I'll make sure you're all protected, and I'll keep you all a secret, so nobody knows of your location or an alliance. That... would be bad for both of us, I realize... and I know it's... probably a little dangerous trusting you all..." Albert scoffs. "...but you saved Arthur... you saved Arthur, and Arthur was the calmest and sweetest he's ever been in forever, fawning over Snowbird and Minstrel and talking about Orchi-" "Stella!" Arthur says in a tone not unlike someone addressing their embarrassing mother in front of all of their friends. "It's true, though... you were so much happier than you were living at the castle-" "-town! The castle town, yes, I did live an unhappy life near the castle, but-" "...why would a prince live in a town...? Did Ruslan mistreat you that much?" ... An awkward pause. "Fuck." Stella gives a small, sleepy giggle.

Halfway through the speech, it seemed that the woman dozed off for a little while, but still seemed to be listening... somehow. Kane gave a little smirk to Justine, as Albert mulled over Justine's words. "Hmmgh... Yes, I cannot deny that Queen Stella does share the same ideals, if that's the case... you're the leader, then?" "That'd be me, but Minstrel is one of our most eloquent talkers, and indeed encompassed all of our core values. We do not abide by the law, yes. But at the same time, there are some things that have to be done going against the norm for the greater good. Recently, we broke into a prison for the sake of freeing the prisoners within; all death row prisoners who were falsely imprisoned. One of which-" "-was Arthur, right...? He told me the whole story..." Albert gave a quick sigh as he looked back to Queen Stella, before looking back to the group. "Yes, my queen, you did hear the whole story, that's-" ... An awkward pause as Albert seems to realize what isn't right in the room. He looks back to Queen Stella, currently sitting on the Virtuous couch having replaced the hooded woman, moving to try to block the group's view of her and clears his throat pretty loudly. Arthur gives a small groan and goes back to resting his forehead on the wall. "..." Albert clears his throat really loudly and makes a gesture as if pulling up a hood. "...Oh... Oh, right." As if she didn't just realize what she did, Queen Stella slowly puts her hood back up. "There we go..." Albert sighs deeply and puts a hand on his face.

Kane gives a nod to Shin. "Very good, Ficus... alright everyone, be on your guard. If you feel diplomacy isn't your strong suit, don't feel like you have to talk, but for now, everyone stay here." After eyeballing everyone and making sure everyone has their masks, Kane turns the doorknob and opens up. The two people are still standing there. "...Excuse me for the wait... please come in. But know that we won't put up with any funny business either." "Of course, of course. You have my honor as a knight; it is just the two of us, and nothing more." The man enters, but the woman stays completely still. "...zzz..." Her snoring is very soft and quiet, but apparent. The man sighs, gently shaking the woman awake. Without another word between them besides a slight gasp from the woman, the two head inside. Kane closes the door behind them. Almost immediately, the woman finds the nearest couch, and sits down in it. "...Can... I take this off now, Sir Albert...? It's kind of hot..." Albert looks quite shocked. "Shh! Don't just throw out our names like that! Urgh... Just please, let me speak!" The woman doesn't respond. She seems preoccupied with getting cozy on the couch. Arthur, at this point, has gotten off the wall and looked to Albert. "...I told Stella not to follow me." Kane looks at Arthur once more, this time with some confusion. Albert clears his throat. "Yes, well, Queen Stella was worried about you and wanted to see more of Virtuous. Don't worry, she hasn't done anything rash, she has just sent the two of us, messengers from her court. You see... Queen Stella of Ceda has come to ask for an explanation of who you all exactly are. Now, I personally believe you are all criminals, but Queen Stella believes otherwise, so I'd like you all to try to convince me you aren't. Your actions have been rather questionable, yet... Queen Stella has noticed you don't seem to do anything harmful to Ceda. What exactly is your gain here?"

Kane looks almost like he's about to blurt out 'the WHAT?' in response to Justine out of alarm, but manages to cool himself down and begin thinking. As Arthur still kept his forehead firmly planted on the wall, Kane still thought to himself amidst all of the chaos; there were a couple of tiny droplets of sweat on his forehead, but he managed to remain calm throughout all of this... until Baldur called him out, causing him to open one eye that looked not happy. "Don't push it, Baldur." In response to Baldur, Arthur just muttered an annoyed 'yes'. Kane, after his small outburst, went back to thinking to himself. In the meantime, Simeon was just staring rather dumbfounded at the whole thing, wondering if this was the kind of thing that happened on a daily basis. Mim's comment, however, made him give a chuckle. "Well, that's certainly one thing to worry about... ye sure it's not big enough? Alright, next time I'll see what I can do, I can't be the one to judge yer limits after all." As Shin goes through the back, he'll find... absolutely nothing, save for the horses and Myrdwyn. Kane takes a deep breath and opens his eyes, clearly done with thinking. He takes a short glance at Ferdiad in a brief moment of interest, then looks to everyone else. "Alright, quiet down, everyone. Dragon, you and I can both talk with Orchid later, I'd rather you not do it alone. As for my opinion... we really don't have a choice if that is Queen Stella; if we displease her, she is fully allowed to barge in when she likes with a full army with no consequences to her actions, we are a criminal team, after all. Everyone, masks on and get ready to use codenames. To you who haven't found your masks yet, now's the time to go digging and be quick about it. We'll be entering negotiations and we don't want to anger her, even if that task is difficult... one more thing; Queen Stella clearly does not want to make herself known yet, she is wearing desert garb but she's making sure her face is covered, so no comments about that. Minstrel, that goes for you; tone down the flirting just a little bit for now... don't keep it entirely off though; charm might be a key in getting out of this safely as long as you use it sparingly." A short knock on the door. Kane sighs, grabs his phoenix wing-like mask and slips it on and goes to the door, looking over at everyone, mouthing 'masks on' as he looks to the door and speaks up. "Give us a minute, please. We'll be out shortly." The voices ring out again. "Okay..." "Very well, but no funny business!"

Arthur notices Baldur moving Justine, and gets annoyed as they both approach the door. Though he's generally angry, he looks even more ticked than before, being all pent up. Kane moves as well with Arthur, but gets blocked by him for the most part. "Oh, would you give it a rest with that? Don't make me snap that thing in half!" Arthur goes to pry Baldur's hands off of Justine at the same time as Lizaveta while he moved Justine away in what looks like a mess of human beings tangled together, the man looks visibly very confused as the woman gives a little wave as the door gets closed. "Hello... Arth-" As the door gets shut, Arthur lets out an audible, annoyed groan as he lets go of Baldur, stamps his foot and moves to the nearest wall to almost bang his forehead on it, instead opting to rest it on the wall. Kane does not look pleased with Baldur, potentially moving to remove any further grip on Justine that Arthur may have missed. "First off, don't do that ever again. Not just for Justine, I'm not sure why you were so jumpy Justine, but even if you knew one of them too we can't just jump into showing people our faces when they know who we are. And Baldur, we had a discussion an hour ago about this kind of thing, but in case I didn't make it clear, don't resort to force or anything resembling it just because you got a new toy. Secondly, no, we can't exactly leave them here, but we should at the very least try to conceal ourselves until we can confirm this is a trustworthy party, even if Arthur says they are."

In response to Lenore, Arthur takes a short breath, clearly trying to keep it together, and while it was working, he was clearly fighting the urge to start yelling. "I swear on my life. If they were anything less than people who have been kind to me and proven themselves trustworthy, I wouldn't have given them the time of day. I just didn't want them actually coming here." Arthur doesn't even notice when Justine runs off, but Kane certainly does. "Justine, wait a mome-!" Justine throws open the door and sees the man standing in front, with who is presumably the woman, completely cloaked to make her features minus some of her face quite indistinguishable to the common eye. The man looks rather caught off guard once the door suddenly is flung open. "Err... yes, hello? Did the young blond man send you to talk?... Are you perhaps the leader?" "...Hello..."

Eventually, everyone begins to eat breakfast, or at least Kane would like to try to get everyone together, especially so everyone can get acquainted with one another. Arthur returned about fifteen minutes before his time ran out, trying to act as if he didn't leave at all even when Kane stared him down a little. Kane's stare was broken by Simeon eventually getting up with a loud yawn, coming to breakfast with a rather large bag and starts passing out weapons from the bag that were specifically ordered at breakfast. "I have to say, this glue pack is very fine; it'll come in handy for any potential battles to come, thank you Simeon." Simeon gave a nod and a smirk to Kane as he moved over to Justine. Rummaging through his bag, he pulls out a long, elegant iron rapier; it has a very slender and pointy blade with a firm grip on the handle, a curled crossguard that almost looked like the ocean's waves, with an engraving of a set of thorns curled around the hilt meeting in the center of a flower blossom. "Here ye go, I tried my best to fit yer description. I worked hard on it, so I gave it a name, somethin' I don't usually do unless for special orders... I named it Joyeuse." Simeon moved onto Baldur as well, pulling out exactly what he ordered; a Chakram on a staff. "It was a tight order, but I managed to make it just to yer likin'. I call the set as a whole the Tenderizer. Easily shown, easily understood." Almost unsure as he got to Mim, he pulled out a bow almost the size of the girl herself. "And this... would be yer greatbow. I hope it's what ye ordered, if it's too tough to use at all I can try to quick fashion a recurve bow for ye, but I can't judge yer strength by eye alone." After breakfast, Kane went ahead and went to a closet close to the stairs to the basement, still in the dining hall; he opened it revealing a rather spacious interior full of costumes and masks. "If any of you need something to wear in the field, my mother was a seamstress and sewed a lot of things for me just for fun, never thought they'd come in handy now... but that's not completely necessary, I just ask you wear a mask to conceal your face; faces tend to be the telling factor of who someone is alongside names and we all already have that covered." ... Only a couple of minutes of looking through masks and costumes pass when you all hear it. A sharp knocking on the door. Kane immediately turns his head to the door, narrowing his eyebrows. He looks to the rest of you and puts a finger to his lips, looking down the area the door would be able to see inside and whispering for everyone to start moving away from the door and that he'll handle it. Arthur and Simeon move aside, though Arthur looks somewhat distressed. He moves to the door and gives a gentle knock. "Good morning, is there something I can help you two with?" You can't see the faces of the two Kane mentions, but you can hear a voice; a man's voice, probably middle-age and somewhat stuffy, the kind of man who sounds like he should be planning retirement but is too married to his job. "Yes, good morning. Er... Well, there's no light way to put it. We're here to talk with Virtuous." A short pause before Kane, somehow managing to keep his cool, responds. "...I'm not sure what you mean. The criminal group?... If you're looking for them, you're not going to find them here." The second voice rings out; a very soft, feminine voice that seems to have just gotten out of bed. The voice... sounds somewhat familiar. Arthur seems to tense up immensely hearing this voice. "Please, we're not your enemy... Arthur told me about you... and I had to see for myself..." Another pause, this one slightly longer than before as Arthur looks immensely guilty, as well as somewhat annoyed. "...Give me a second." The closing of the door. Kane almost stomps over to the group. He does not sound happy. "Arthur. Explain yourself." Arthur's response is immediate and frustrated. "I would never sell any of you out! You wouldn't trust me!? I just told them that I was safe, that I wasn't going back home and why! All I told them about Virtuous was that you all rescued me and that you should be seen as more benevolent! I didn't even tell them that you were residing in Ceda! If nothing else, they're not here as hostiles, I promise! If they were, they would have brought way more than just two people, believe me!"

Sighing deeply, Kane began to head out of the room, seeing Shin down the hall with Mim. "Shin, do you mind if I spoke with you for a second? Just... After this." Without another word, Kane heads down the stairs. He hears Baldur pretty clearly, and it takes him about a second after Baldur finishes up speaking for him to put a fierce hand on his shoulder. "Baldur. What did we just talk about."

Kane sighs a little bit, gently unlocking the door. "He's in the dining room patiently talking to the other members. Just try not to make a fuss? You can just go and grab your painting, that's what Arthur did. You don't have to like him, but remember the talk we just had."

Kane was about to nod, but then realized- oh, right, the painting. Kane scratched the back of his head as he tried not to be intimidated by Baldur's sudden yelling. "Calm down, it'll be returned shortly... we have a new member. He's the Marvel Thief, if you've heard of him... he stole something from everyone's room as a sort of resume. Everything should be waiting for you on the table, but try not to yell too much, he did give a good and honest explanation for himself, though you did miss it unfortunately. He promises to work for us and for the sake of good as we are, and I'm certain he wouldn't have taken the painting as his resume if he knew its importance; you'll get it back. Arthur was similarly angered too, his coat was stolen."

Kane's face became a little more gentle, yet did not lose its stern quality as Baldur continued. "Simeon's a good man, I must thank him... I did want to see how his supposed glue packs would work on the field..." Kane mused to himself before turning his attention back to Baldur. "...I understand your position, but sometimes it's just unnecessary to tell people what you believe is a harsh reality. We're all living our own lives and it's up to us to find things about ourselves that we don't like... we can't always fix what others don't like. I should know that... people still question my leadership off and on, but I improve not to impress them specifically, but to make sure everyone gets the leadership they all deserve, as well as for my own self improvement. But try not to worry about punishment; I'll let you off the hook for now, since it seems you understand..." Kane briefly eyes the wastebasket. "...But if it happens again, I won't hold back. Am I clear?"

Kane quietly listens to what Baldur has to say, then gives a little sigh. "Eviction will not be necessary just yet, Baldur. But you must know that the actions you have been taking can not be tolerated, not by me or any members of Virtuous. Not only that, but you also need to learn to watch your mouth; your comments toward Justine were equally as despicable and you should know that while words do not cause physical injury, they can be just as if not more painful than a punch. I can understand you may not have total fondness for Justine as a person, but learn to respect and tolerate her. And that goes for Cecily as well; I saw your scowl yesterday and it was clear Cecily did as well."

Kane gives just the tiniest of sighs as Baldur gets out of his chair, but regardless he stands off to the side and waits patiently for him. "Take your time... you can lock the door too, I don't mind." He isn't as disappointed now that Baldur is awake, but he still looks a bit stern.

Kane looks... Less than amused. He was never one to criticize people for underage drinking despite his own lack of desire to drink, especially when it's really their business, but as leader he still felt there was a responsibility to still keep his teammates in check. Walking over to Baldur, he gently shook him as he spoke with a somewhat firm tone. "Baldur, we need to talk. You said today, so I am holding you to it."

The sound of glass breaking is literally never a good sound. The best case scenario is that someone's clumsy, and Baldur was rarely the clumsy type. "Baldur, I'm coming in!" With almost lightning speed, Kane picked the lock with ease, and flung the door open.

Kane watched as Arthur left the building, looking... slightly concerned. He did look to Ferdiad and Justine, and decided to try not to worry... but he was going to be holding Arthur to his 'one hour' rule. Afterwards, Kane looks around, then gives a little sigh. "Seems we're missing a few people... I'll go get them." Kane headed upstairs, and saw Mim already tending to Shin. Giving a little nod at her, he knocked on Baldur's door. "Baldur, may I come in? I need to speak with you."
