Cecily throws a hatchet at the nearby Cavalier that remained uncovered by the forest. Enemy Phase Cavalier A moves to H6. Archer B moves to O7. Archer C moves to N8. Diezel moves to O9. The persistent Cavalier continues to attack Lenore, hoping to undo the healing despite his inaccuracy. He is, as expected, less than successful. One of the Archers, despite their less than optimal position, opts to attack Ferdiad. The other Archer decides to join in; it's not enough to defeat Ferdiad, though. "Oh, Orchid, you know I appreciate the healing, but sometimes I can't avoid a few scuff marks in the middle of battle..." Despite the protests, he does keep completely still to allow him to work. "I always value hygiene, just unfortunately there's not much I can do mid-battle... though good to know you're on top of keeping the time. You might wanna hurry it up, though, I think they're coming-" Enemy Phase Cavalier A moves to H7. Cavalier B moves to I8. Pegasus B moves to N6. Archer B moves to Q8. Archer C moves to P9. Mage B moves to O8. Diezel moves to R9. The first Cavalier strikes at Lenore from within the forest; a bold move from a horseman. It doesn't help him. The second Cavalier follows up against Lenore as well, actually managing to make his mark. The Pegasus Rider recklessly flies in to pursue Cecily, despite the disadvantage. "..." Kane just gives a rare amused smile in response to Lenore. "I'll make sure to keep you all safe; practicality comes first over theatrics." Cecily swoops in and attacks the Fighter, though takes some damage. Lenore manages to finish off the Fighter for Cecily. Enemy Phase Diezel grits his teeth from afar. “Bastards! We are not letting this band of scoundrels march up to us and take us first! We'll ambush them from both sides! Pegasus, you'll stay with us! Go!" Some of the members look nervously toward each other, as if they wonder if this plan will go poorly... but they comply. Cavalier A moves to I9. Cavalier B moves to I10. Pegasus B moves to O11. Mage B moves to P11. Archer B moves to S9. Archer C moves to Q11. Diezel moves to T10. Player Phase EXP: (73/100) Stats (Enemy Stats)

Kane looks rather triumphant at his feat, but catches Ferdiad's eye over the Fighter and cuts it out. "...forgive me for the theatrics, Knight."

Kane moves again! Kane attacks the Archer... but with style, letting out a small cry of triumph as he defeats the Archer with ease. Ferdiad unfortunately loses his spotlight to overly flashy Kane, and must revise his turn. In contrast, Shin does not get his turn ruined by Kane, and fires a couple of shots at the Fighter. EXP: (68/100) Stats (Enemy Stats)

As expected, Lizaveta finishes the Knight off. Enemy Phase Fighter A moves to O7. Mage A moves to O8. Archer A moves to P7. The Fighter strikes at Ferdiad. With a touch of mischievousness, the Mage fires at Ferdiad. And having no dignity, the Archer joins the unfair attack on Ferdiad. Ferdiad, thankfully, is left standing. Player Phase Ferdiad recovers 4 HP! EXP: (58/100) Stats (Enemy Stats)

"Ah, Mink, you know it's all business, but I won't deny that I hope to keep you safe... and I got your back, Knight!" Kane gives a little tiny smirk in approval of Ferdiad not giving away his name... at least not all of it. Either way, the only ones who might have heard the slight slip up won't be telling any tales soon. Baldur is a perfectionist! +5 HP recovered! Lenore's HP is maxed out! Kane, making up for his errors against the previous opponents, makes short work of the Fighter. EXP: (53/100) Stats (Enemy Stats)

And thusly, Lizaveta attacks again. Enemy Phase Knight A moves to H4. Fighter A moves to O9. Fighter B moves to O8. Archer A moves to Q7. Mage A moves to Q8. The Knight gets to some more accurate ground to attack Cecily. This does not help him. A different squad comes out of the woodwork, with one of the Fighters attacking Lenore. Baldur recovers 10 HP! Kane, still sneaking around in the woods, surprises the Knight in hiding. EXP: (22/100) Stats (Enemy Stats)

Ferdiad goes in for the attack, dodging the counterattack quite nimbly. Baldur, in turn, does not have any wounds to heal. Enemy Phase Mercenary B moves to K4. Pegasus Rider A moves to J7, cantoing to J10. Knight A moves to I6. Knight B moves to J7. The first Mercenary, though weak, gives a cocky grin as he attacks the defenseless Justine. He's less than successful. The Pegasus Rider does a hit and run on the equally defensive Baldur, and is more successful and makes a getaway in the meantime. The first Knight heads into the forest and attacks the wounded Baldur by surprise. Baldur makes a swift dodge. The second Knight attempts to follow up what his buddy failed to do.
