The choices you make throughout the game and their consequences. The most useful form, is dialogue change, at certain points. Or story branching. Major story decisions (like siding with Radomus or El) impact Anna's disposition towards the player, especially. Or winning/losing against Solaris' Garchomp, on Pyrous mountain. Other things, like battling Taka or not in Water Treatment, lead to entire story branching with various differences, usually small ones. The full extend for relationship points is yet to be seen, even decided and designed. Is going to have postgame content aftereffects too, or so it is rumored.

Ultimately managed. Both to get a "breeder's pack" and breed myself, 9 monsters. Funny thing is, when i urgently needed 5 + 6 IV hatches, i wouldn't get any for endless hours straight, even days... But when i bred my team afterwards, i got everything fully maxed in less than 1,5 day... RNG works in mysterious ways.

That would be a real treat! Downright blessing! Especially if it worked like in one of the legit games; a hard to get to location, with dittos having higher than normal stats!

There are those Male only pokemon... Out of which, only Nidoran and Volbeat can mate with a regular breeding pokemon. Males only and genderless of the gender unknown group, can only mate with Ditto exclusively! There is a number of solid choices, like fighting pokemon, magnezone, starmie, porygon even (!)... As well as Rotom, Metagross, Klinkklang... There should be a legit way to grab a helpful to breeders Ditto, shouldn't it? Like, being treated like baby pokemon, starting off the bat with 3 random IVs maximized?

-10/10. Terrible, really. Reminds of a bad attempt at trolling a real person (that cartoonified mug is somehow familiar), or a rip-off from a certain panel, in a local series of (adult) comics. While it seems to be like something hand-drawn or something... And i usually appreciate strange, (post)modern, abstract art... This is like a disaster, really! Apologies. Charizard, ever since Day One!

Reborn used to be tougher, in earlier episodes (16, mostly). Every significant fight, used to throw at their pokemon at least 3 recovery items, even at the very beginning. They didn't do stupid mistakes before, like using a weaker move against you, when your pokemon is close to fainting; or pointlessly switching and switching while you keep attacking, until you kill them off. Gen 7 pokemon that replaced old leader team members, are generally easier to deal with (Julia's alola geodude is both underlevelled and puny, Shade's chandelure had been better than mimikyu, etc). I really do hope that DARK difficulty sorts things out. I miss the regular wipeouts of old.

Donphan. He gets Knock Off in gen 7. Before gen 7, his Swagger was DANGEROUS. Has nice speed, outstanding attack, his defenses could be better but still, gets Sturdy... Using it for Strength is somehow working for battles as well, because fields! Hits like a truck and is the Agate Circus Mascot. Do you need more reasons? Cacturne. Physical, Special or mix, that thing will never disappoint. Has its own Protect, even. Learns Sandstorm naturally, can have the ability that raises evade in it, you slap a BrightPowder on top and there you go! Drapion. Only now i had the pleasure, to get really acquainted with that beast. Sniper + Night Slash + Cross Poison + FELL STINGER and later on, when available, Earthquake too... The shivers! I almost forgot all about Alolan Muk, already!

a What led you to Pokemon Reborn? Somebody from Pokemon Uranium forums, recommended it to me, a long time ago. I didn't pay much attention for some time... I arrived here shortly before episode 16 release. But i registered on the forums much later. b What do you think about the battle system in the game? Complexity and added difficulty, is really something. Does justice to the game and adds a much needed element, that in main series pokemon games, is in extremely short supply and high demand. Field effects adds a ton of fun into the mixture. As somebody wrote ages ago, it reminds fusion of pokemon and yugioh, of sorts. My only gripe, is that episode 17 onwards, it became much easier, to the point that progressing in the game, feels almost as if you had been playing a normal, official pokemon game (pointless switching, forgetting to use recovery items, using too weak moves to faint you once your health drops in orange -not even red- and a plethora of other, newfound parameters, that are disappointing at best). c What do you think about the stories/narrative in the game? In particular, what do you think about the queer characters in the game, like Cain and Adrienn? Having a tadbit of a darker story than a regular pokemon game, is quite interesting, to say the least. Something fresh and satisfying. The choices add a great flavor, especially the details behind them (slight dialogue changes for the time being, endgame consequences/rewards at the end). Couldn't ask for more, honestly! Well at first, i detested Adrienn, because it started by helping El, a bad guy; demanding our sacred treasure item to be relinquished to him and worst of all, meddling in the Gardevoir affair/deal, even though it had no idea at all, regarding what the hell was happening there. I liked it a bit, during the episode 16 content. Cain was funny and comical, from my point of view. Although sometimes he spouted things that made me angry (during Gardevoir chase mostly), fella was likable and adventuring in the game together, was a real breeze (gotta love his Nidoking). Hot topics presented nicely and through a creative way. After playing the game, i got to like it even more. By seeing the backstories of the many characters, paying attention to story/plot elements, different moments depending on how scenario progresses (ex Sapphira abducted) etc. The replay value is already high, without a Battle tower and all "toys" (TMs, items) fully available yet. Project is very convincing, overall and does a damn fine job. You don't play Reborn, Reborn plays you! Even team Meteor members can be interracted with and offer unique experiences (the grunt losing his girl, the one ambushing you later, the hidden night-time battle started at Spinel museum, etc). Wouldn't touch Sword and Shield especially, or any other mainstream Pokemon game generally after Reborn, even if they gave it to me for free, not even if they paid me to play after receiving it for free!

I used to hate them and had decided to never buy anything they produce, ever again, before; now i really wish they go bankrupt and end up having Sega's fate (being bought by adversaries)! I still haven't forgiven them on Another Metroid 2 Remake (even though it was ultimately finalized) and Pokemon Uranium takedown, but worst of all, for dismantling those even from the nomination contest for "best fanmade creation of the year" (which guess what? had been hosted by Nintendo). Some abilities were changed in gen 8. They used to work much better, in previous 7th gen... Will you keep abilities as they were, but update move(pool)s only?

Will you treat us to a mini-update again, like 18.2? Containing the new difficulties? This is going to require extremely meticulous testing, unlike any other to be released content, from before... ^_^

Maybe irrelevant, but it has something to do with IVs? There are a few differences, regarding even and odd values, specifically concerning HP. Maybe it's not the damage that was changed, but rather, it was rounded down, due to HP value coincidentally falling in that category? In smogon and other places, there is a whole analysis, regarding HP training and the reason for 248ev training invested in the stat, instead of the regular 252.

Then again, Us the player dying, seems extremely plausible. In other videogames, that is the case, as well. Bioshock 2, for example. Speaking of which, trainer card makers do have a big daddy/little sister sprite even, lol!

Fern and Florinia do have a "dead" value already, in the Debug menu. I believe those two are the most avid candidates to croak.

Thank you very much! Although, i would like to struggle enough, completing this run with mons that i catch/train/breed myself... I even refrain from utilizing human-traded mons. Besides, spending all this time making eggs has its productive aftereffects! I finally managed to rotate all weather patterns and catch all of the event mons! My team (still in making) is: 1. Skorupi (finally managed!), 2. Cherubi (plant/fairy, first one i achieved), 3. Spinda (field/humanlike, second one i achieved), 4. Mareep (gave me hell but this is done too), 5. Remoraid (right now in the making), 6. Yamask (mineral/amorphous, will chain breed once i get the perfect Remoraid, to Stunfisk -> Yamask since it is Water1/Amorphous) and 7. Swablu (flying dragon, to chain breed from perfect Mareep to Woobat -> Swablu). This way i am getting myself a complete roster, before even going past Luna! Those pokemon cover all groups and are all obtainable, before the Circus! Your team sounds nice and interesting! I will keep in mind your offer, thank you very much!
