Okey, i think i found it, it's a daycare. However they only offer to raise my pokemon, i cant seem to find an option to breed. Something I'm missing?

So I'm currently at Goldleaf and i have gotten my 4th badge. I want to breed my phantum so i can get an egg which i can trade for a mystery one.. I actually haven't breeded pokemon before, so i would appreciate if you could tell me how to do that too.
