Aight something I recalled is that a circle with a dot means Z in a particular cipher. While it's incredibly forced twzz +14 in the Caesar cipher is fill, and I think I'm not the only one seeing a certain sentence here.

Woo boy, I hope I'll manage to train up my well-bred options before it's published, because I would be torn between continuing the story and finishing the training. Well luckily only the levels and move sets are left, so it'll probably be fine.

While not exactly what you're searching for Waynolt's mod pack has a mod that causes you to encounter pokemon you don't yet have if the mon at the front of your party has a smokeball.

Hey I once threw a Poipole on Wonder Trade for the kicks, so if someone was lucky enough to get it, they can feel free. -
Based on my two playthroughs i pick Shelly without a doubt. Especially with how difficult it is to get good leveled pokemon at that point. Many other "hardest gyms" had weaknesses that were easier for me to exploit.

You mentioned playing other fan-games but take into account how huge and full of events Reborn's maps are. The weather can also kill your frame rate in certain areas for me most visible in the Opal Ward. And just wait till you get to badge 9.

While that's weird, you can just fix it by typing in a level between 1 and 100. I assume it's Corrin's, so I don't really get what happened, but it's likely that someone made a it's-over-9000 joke and forgot to change the level back.

Sure, beating up a legendary before you can fight it sounds fun. It's one of those things Let's Go did right. No more Master-Ball-and-it's-over. Also, the sneak-peek of Tapu Lele's area is much appreciated.

Honestly you should be fine removing Klefki with Metagross, and whatever screens it sets up with Brick Break. Afterwards you just switch in Blaziken, Protect once, remove Empoleon if you are fighting it with Hi-Jump Kick, use an X-Attaclk if you can, and you're good to go. Alternatively you can catch a Honedge, train it and abuse Titania's field against her.

I'm always confused when people talk about the lack of money in the early game because you can simply sell the rare candies and EV items you get. You can buy both later and the early money is VERY helpful.

Yup they are. Some even have illegal EVs.

You could call it a perpetual buizel machine. I'm just imagining a power plant somewhere in Reborn powered by infinitely burning all the Buizels and converting them to energy. (million dollar idea for the Kyogre quest Cass, take it or leave it)

As many people pointed out EVs aren't necessary to beat the game(although they WILL make your life easier). The EV items are available quite early, and each of them grants some number(I don't remember) of a particular EV upon knocking out an opponent. Other than that you just find a spot for the correct EVs, for which there are guides on the forums, and you're good to go. -

If your Mightyena has Intimidate you could try dropping its attack into oblivion. Your Noivern can help with outspeeding using Tailwind. You can also go for scummy luck with Sand Attack. Or try putting it to sleep, and using a bit of rock smash, cause it gets very strong on this field. Also after this go back to the move relearner, and get some proper fighting STAB on your Blaziken (High Jump Kick or Sky Uppercut), cause Double Kick's power isn't gonna cut it at this point.
