Apaukolypse

So after grabbing my 18th badge, I figured I had some downtime to try my hand at breeding pokemon (cause I have never really tried it) while waiting for the next episode. However, having not really cared that much at the time, I didn't really make sure that I had a great Ditto when I did the Daycare Storyline. I am just wondering if there was anywhere I could go to have a second chance at a good Ditto for some questionable breeding and inbreeding?
