I'm so frickin excited! I'm gonna start a new monotype challenge, let me roll my type... Oh god, I got Bug... Like organically, I usually end up doing bug mono runs... Can't wait! One of my monotype rules is that I have to use my "starter" for the whole run, so I'll be using a Beautifly or a Dustox for the whole run, which is gonna be really exciting! (Unless you changed the first area to have different available pokemon....) Thank you so much for your dedication! Really needed this this month :)

Kinda a silly question, but is there a good way to be notified on when the update drops? I've blanket muted the Discord server, but like is there a specific channel that I should unmute?

Sorry for not making a super useful post, but I just wanted to say that I really like this game so far! I just beat the second gym leader, I'm doing a blind mono-dark run, and it's like everything a game like this should be. Difficult, good characters and story (so far, but I doubt it'll fail me there), and you get access to some cool pokemon early on. It's hard not to break my mono-dark rules, because I keep seeing these cool unique pokemon that I don't get to use too often. I was REALLY struggling to beat the second gym, it's a flying gym, and her entire team is level 30 fully evolved flying pokemon, and so I went and did some quests, which didn't really help, but were fun, and ultimately I swept her with Nasty Plot Unburden Oran Berry Thievul and Hidden Power Rock, and the fact that, using a good type for my mono-type team, I had to resort to that kind of bonkers strategy against a type that I don't even have a disadvantage against, I can tell that this will be a fun challenge. The start is a bit slow, but I highly recommend giving this game a shot, if you were on the fence. I guess I'll keep this post updated as I play through the game, but yeah, it's great. It's like a slightly more user friendly version of Rejuvenation, so if you liked Rejuv. but got lost constantly (like me), you should enjoy this game. The plot looks like it'll get a lot more weird and philosophical then I was expecting, but I dig it.

Very cool! I played through the game for the first time recently, I started up a mono-poison run for funsies just a few days ago. Very cool game, I can't wait for more!

I juuuust finished playing through the game, love the story, I got sad when there wasn't more. Thanks for all the hours of fun and entertainment! Hope you can get some rest and relaxation!

I've been like silently lurking around since about version 15/16, and the fact that the game's gonna get finished soon(TM)... it's kinda insane! The level of hype that I've been feeling has been wild lmao. It feels like I've checked the dev blog once a week for the last two years, it's always super cool to see new updates :)

I like how Watershuriken looks so similar to someone yeeting some Starmie

Dudes, this runs so much better... I don't know how I played previous versions of Reborn. You did very well

Oh, how did the stream go?

I feel like my mono ice team is gonna steamroll EP19. Dragon gym leader+ all the dragon legendaries that are popular? CB Beartic is gonna have a blast, until Saphira sends out a Mega Rayquaza, then it's revive spam time lol. Also thank you for giving me the power of . I hope to use it well.

Would it be possible to make it so the tower's trainers can have shiny pokemon? Also, is there a secret thing that happens at the end? can you reach the bottom of the rewot (inverse Tower)? Is there a hidden boss who will kick my ass, perhaps even kick their own ass, and will do so via any means possible? Thanks for the update, I know it's still a long way off, but it's all so exciting!

The most satisfying thing in Pokemon Reborn (kind of spoilers)

Bizarrely enough, after the city is fixed, the alleys gave trash cloak. I EV trained on a different savefile, and I had to go to Apophyll to get sand cloak. Tanzan mountain didn't give sand cloak either, it's pretty wonky, but who really cares enough to patch Burmy? Mothim is 10x better than any Wormadam, and cloak doesn't matter to Mothim. -

I swept the first hard battles with that Quiver Dance Wormadam. Fun Fact: all cloaks of Wormadam evolve at level 20, immediately learns QD (so does Mothim), and you get get Sand Cloak Burmy from the alleys in Peridot. Low Key Wormadam sand cloak is a secret carry for the Julia fight. Only if you aren't screwed over by the hidden power you have. But Sand Wormy has like ~100 base defence and low SpDef, SpAtk, and Speed, so QD turns it into a very bulky mildly fast threat. Also Fun fact: Wormadam is female only (Madam) and Mothim is male only (Him), and I have no clue how to pronounce their names. Wer-madam? Mot-him? Irre-levant? Anyways, if you ever play Memeborn, remember the Glory of sandy cloak Wormadam. OH! ALSO! when I need to do double battles I keep Torterra or Mudsdale on the field, both can take my own EQs for days, Mudsdale gets insanely bulky (especially because I transfered over an Assault Vest like a dirty cheater) EV spread for Equporto 252 HP, 100 SpDef 156 Atk. Homie drank a Hydro Pump from Blake's Starmie. -

Thanks for the input! My current plan is to Rock Polish with Torterra (once I finally get that TM) and spam Razor Leaf. I actually have a Quagsire as well, but I used a Quagsire (and Space frog) a ton in my monowater playthrough. I'll resort to those kind of shenanigans if I lose too much with these friends.
