Following a walkthrough i found on the site. Its not completely updated, but so far I dont think ive missed anything. Not sure why the door on the right is not open. Please Help! Edit: I found it/Im an idiot. Thanks for the help tho

This is my first playthrough and I decided on a team going in cold. I looked up where to catch bulbasaur and it seems to be very late in the game. In the newer patches is there a way to get him before the renovation quest? If not would someone mind trading me a decent one?
