Speaking as a player who has only gone through stuff on Casual (Because I'm bad), catch everything you can, and abuse Accuracy lowering moves as much as possible. You can get the TM for Flash from the Casino on Chrysola Hotel's 2nd floor, and some starters can learn moves like Sand Attack through level up. This isn't a competitive game with rulesets that other people impose, so you're not 'breaking the rules' by using stuff like this. Also, like said before, do the Help Quests whenever you can, as some of them will go away permanently and lock you out of certain things.

According to the wiki and my recollections, Machop is on Route 5 and Valor Shore, and Chinchou can be found in the Sheridan Wetland Laboratory by fishing with a Good Rod.

If he survives, but you joined Bladestar and played that out, he asks you to keep in and help him out. As of 13.0.5, there's nothing we can do with him, to my knowledge. It's probably setup for an upcoming sidequest.

It's possible something happens in the future and she's sent back? That's kind of the impression I got, at least. I don't think it's happened yet, as IIRC she said she was aware of her time being turned to stone, and I don't recall other points where she could be sent back at.

I've never seen the MC as part of the 4 Lights or Darks, as the MC is the Interceptor, who is outside of fate (Fate such as the prophecies.)

While true, OP may not have a way to get a Fletchinder, especially if they're on Blacksteeple currently, while Teddiursa is available at Blacksteeple, which has the Pickup ability. Catch 5 of 'em with Pickup (minus the amount of 'mons with Pickup you already have) and grinding them out may be a better choice than wheeling back the game to when you can access Oceana Pier for the Fletchling there.

I believe you can in every difficulty, but the difficulty changes the strategy. EG: In Casual, since her 'mon isn't a Boss (Raid) Mon (Unsure if it is in Normal, but it's a Boss in Intense), it can be PP stalled with Revives and moves like Quick Guard. You can farm for Revives with Pickup 'mons, starting at lv21 with a 4% chance. Other than that, I've heard of people beating the Boss version using a Cursed Body 'mon, and resetting/reviving till the attack is Disabled, but I haven't done it myself as I don't play in those difficulties.

To purify it you'll need each slot of the Purification Chamber at max tempo, and the easiest way to do that is just to fill all slots with Normal-types. And even if you don't get it shiny first time, I'd just breed it to be shiny.

I'd say GDC Arc is more of a series of arcs. It includes stuff like the Tournament, the Player's Route of V13, etc. Basically all the times when you're doing stuff in GDC. I just like the place. The baby Volcanion's still in there. Jeez. Also don't worry about the fall. You'll survive. Or at least regenerate.

I don't know what you mean about 'speedbreed', but Debug Mode has a way of generating, collecting, and quick-hatching eggs.

Yes, which is probably some sort of bug. Personally, I believe it's supposed to be 10k or more, but I'm not a dev, so I can't be sure. Currently, you can only get it if you have 10k exactly, this is a fact.

It'd probably have to do with the Xenpurgis. I feel like it'd be some sort of targeting, which is why they removed it. People being worried about microchips in vaccines could see this as some sort of confirmation of their beliefs.

I don't think you ever play as Kennith in the main game. You may have downloaded Where Love Lives by mistake.

Unfortunatly you cannot trade in Rejuvenation, as it has no online component to it.

Honestly, I don't see an issue with lowering the accuracy of enemies. You guys may, but it's a legitimate strategy that could help out. A 'mon with Flash (You can get the TM for it from the casino) who outspeeds could set it off.

IK Noivern's already decent, but a Crest that works with Sound-based moves (Maybe making them have a 20% to flinch?) would be cool.
