This one I remember, because I was reading through the tiers list for a UU team, and I used Nidoking, but was summat surpised to not see Nidoqueen right next to it. Since it's obviously not in BL or OU, A, final answer.

These are getting much harder, much faster. I know it's not C or D, because I remember using it in battle and it didn't drop speed. It wouldn't make sense for it to increase my evasion, just because of the title...B, final answer.
