You can use Madelis' ID code if you rescued Amber in the Chamber of Awakening in Valor Mountain, but I'm not going to tell you the exact code, it's supposed to just be like a New Game+ Easter Egg.

Amber isn't the only one to take advantage of the field effects, you can use it to your own advantage too, her team is designed to use it to it's full potential, but why shouldn't you too? And if you looked into the Field_Effect_Manual.txt in your game folder, searched up 'Concert Venue' or [COV], there is no way to terminate or change the field, but you could apply a temporary field effect, like using grassy surge or smth, but once it dissipates, the Concert Venue Field will return and persist until the battle is over. Read the Manual, and Build a Team around the Field and Amber's team. FYI, in this Field: Sing is boosted to 100% accuracy, Roar additionally has the effects of Swords Dance, at 'Hyped' or 'Super Hyped!' Pokemon become unable to fall asleep, Sleeping Pokemon are woken up and take 1/4th HP damage, so Rest healing isn't a sustainable option if you need to be at high amounts of HP, and at 'Super Hyped!', repeat uses of moves applies a Metronome effect, and that Moves will always hit their maximum damage roll.

Dred uploaded a video on it, and basically: The 999 Prisms Contract, currently is just a bait for Debug Users, as it turns out, there exists a checker in-game for cheated and non-cheated Prisms, It spawns an unwinnable battle Iirc, whether you win or lose, the cheated Prisms will end up deleted from your bag. I can imagine, that when the Marshadow Contract is added, will be at a reasonable price in the future, as getting just one prism legit is a pain in the luck department.

well uh, what part of the quest are you on? I finished the sidequest, but I'm pretty sure they changed something or two with the revamps to GDC. and if you've done the proper next step, and they're still following you... Report it as a Bug to the Bug Report Forum, and check if the bug was already reported or not

they rebuilt the entirety of GDC and the Underground was also redone, and so, Dylan's house is no longer the old location pre-v13.5

Pretty sure Cassandra underestimated how more stronger Melia is because of the reports on her strength was, compared to what she just faced, and everyone knows that the main cast had a numerous training sessions to get more stronger.
