The character switching mechanic.
Orsan replied to Magus543's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions
Well, guess that means my theory is invalid. It was already kind of a stretch, but I noticed that the player knows what's going on when they play as other characters, so I was thinking maybe the only characters you play as we're the four darks and four lights. MC, Melia and her alternate selves, Aelita, and Ren all fit that category, which would make Lavender and Adam also part of it. However, with those three, there's officially nine, debunking my theory. -
Monotype Guide for V12
Orsan replied to Orsan's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Guides & Resources
Oops! Fixed now. There aren't a lot of new Pokemon because the only newly accessible areas are Only two of these have Pokemon, and most of their Pokemon have already appeared. Teila has an NPC trade for Passimian, the Type: Null quest only opens up at this point, and Delibird, Spheal, and Squirtle are the only new Pokemon in the new areas. -
Monotype Guide for V12
Orsan replied to Orsan's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Guides & Resources
From what I've heard, it actually isn't possible, the Ditto is static and cannot have the Metal Powder. However, I did fix the fact that Ralts was missing from the Fighting section. -
Monotype Guide for V12

A shadow typing is impossible, you cannot fight Gyms with Shadow Pokémon. And, yes, each chapter largely correlates to a single badge, but there is some leeway, such as Chapter 14 finishing with -

I added those! It's really up to you whether they're legal or not, but keep in mind that Megas are currently unavailable. -

Thank you, forums, for breaking all my spoilers. All traces of Advanced Errors should be gone now, aside from the weird margins thing that I'll (hopefully) be able to figure out. EDIT: after fifteen minutes manually having to redo all the formatting for half the chapters, it's all fixed now! -
I couldn't find a version of this guide for Rejuv that was up-to-date and still worked, so I made my own! Formatting mostly credit to @BIGJRA for making the Reborn version of this guide, as well as making the Rejuvenation 100% guide which was massively helpful. The guide is split up by chapter, with each Pokemon by type. Italics means the Pokemon evolves into that type or you must change the Pokemon’s Form for it to become that type Underline means the Pokemon loses that type Bold indicates Legendaries Strikethrough means you must breed the Pokemon for it to become that type *Asterisks* means that the Pokemon has a Mega Evolution of the type, whether or not these are legal are up to you Starters: Chapter 1: Chapter 2: Chapter 3: Chapter 4: Chapter 5: Mystery Egg: Chapter 6: Chapter 7: Chapter 8: Chapter 9: Chapter 10: Chapter 11: Chapter 12: Chapter 13: Chapter 14: Chapter 15 (or, at least what's there so far): There are probably mistakes, so please let me know if you spot any!

Pokemon Reborn - Walkthrough-review Part 10 [FINALE]: To be continued...
Orsan replied to Yoraiko's topic in Reborn City
There is logic, but if I said what it was, it'd be a spoiler. You'll find out after the gauntlet. -

Here's one tip that you might want to know! After the second battle, any fainted Pokemon aren't restored, but any ones that are still conscious are fully healed, as if a Full Restore was used on your whole team. That aside, the gauntlet is incredibly difficult, and is probably one of the hardest fights in Reborn. -

Ooh, I think you'll like Rejuvenation! A good chunk of your major criticisms of Reborn are fixed or at least better in Rejuvenation, in my opinion. -
Isn't Rejuv not including Dynamax or Gigantamax?
-
So um Risa's definitely important She is also one of three people mentioned on the Twitter account, along with Texen offhandedly and Mika

You can catch Ultra Beasts in regular Poke Balls, it's just way harder. Where would Bee get a Beast Ball?

Anna's dialogue depends on two factors: Whether you battled Taka at WTC and whether you defeated Solaris's Garchomp on Pyrous. Radomus's is one I'm not aware of... siding with him vs El, perhaps?

[Theory] 10 Characters that could have a grim fate in Episode 19
Orsan replied to Q-Jei's topic in Reborn City
I asked about those on Discord a while back; that was dead variables. Those were meant to be Fern and Florinia (and Eve and Hardy)'s relationship point variables but some other unidentifiable source was messing with them so they couldn't be used.- 34 replies

At this point, you'd have met Amaria, Julia, Florinia, Lin, Aster, and Eclipse. What are your opinions on them? I'm curious, given your opinions above.

Unrelated question: Do you have to do the legendary quests in a specific order (first Cresselia, then Regis, then Dogs, etc.) or can you do them in any order
-
... Are there really no major battles between Luna and Samson? Huh. Could've sworn there was something.

It's Serra or Ciel, definitely. I don't know why.

I mean, Justice for Mesprit The others don't matter but Mesprit is equal to Palkia

Stuck trying to defeat Team meteor at Fiore mansion.
Orsan replied to Solarmoonstars's topic in Reborn City
The hardest battle of the three is definitely the middle one. I'd lead with Mamoswine probably to dispatch Leavanny in the first battle and Haxorus in the second. My recommendation is to focus fire down one side, specifically Fern. -
The pillars remind me of the Labradorra Tournament of B00Ty screenshots. I don't know why. Probably connected to Labradorra City, then, my bet's on the gym.

Battle Factory??? Awesome!!!

Pokemon Reborn - Walkthrough-review Part 10 [FINALE]: To be continued...
Orsan replied to Yoraiko's topic in Reborn City
I'm not the same person, but this happened to me three times personally: one specific gym fight (the only one harder than Shelly in my opinion) and two other points throughout the game where there are multiple bossfights in a row with no opportunity to save or reorder your party or anything. Lose one battle, you have to start all over. -
Quick Battle Tower question: In the Battle Tree, all the bosses sans Wally had more than the minimum amount of Pokemon, but not too many. Anabel used five or six, iirc, as an example, and randomly chose from that pool. On the other hand, in older games, the facility bosses had a strict pre-set team. Which model does Reborn use?
