Some Pokemon when defeated give you HP EVs. Every time your Pokemon gets 4 HP EVs the max HP of your Pokemon will rise by one, even if you are in the middle of a battle. I believe that's what is happening to you.

Protean always turns the Pokemon into the type of the move turning it into a single type (even if the Pokemon has 2 types). The developers only used the ability the way it already was and I don't believe they want to spend their efforts on something, I believe, only one person complained about.

I don't remember the in game location of the npc but if this helps you can use a hidden power calculator (you just need to search on your browser) where you insert your pokemon IVs and it tells you the type of the move.

Since rift Aelita has a base speed of 200 it is expected that she will out speed any pokemon on the field, that much is simple. As to the Golems out speeding everything on the field, I have no idea how that is possible (that didn't happen to me at least). Are you sure that someone you were watching didn't use trick room?

I dare say that you have quite a lot of story left (just my opinion). You still have a good number of hours left of gameplay. However v12 features 14 badges so you're only missing one.

In this same run I also had to train a lot and try many different strategies against Rift: Angelus (Gardevoir). However, in my second run I bested both with "ease". Note: I played both these runs in casual mode xD. I am way to scared to try the normal mode after beating Reborn.

There are some good new pokemons that came in V12, like gible and larvesta. If you want them in your team you could catch them and train them (and breed for IVs if you wish to). Can't remember anything besides that. Also, why can't you go back to Gearen? I don't remember being unable to go there once I finished the latest arc.

You just don't know enough about the game yet. I understand that you want to participate in the community and help others but you aren't in the best position to do so yet. You will have that chance once you have more experience with the game so don't worry.

Lucario isn't available in the game... About the help request, you could also get rare candies and evolve some pokemons of your team (like Combusken or Fletchinder) and then give them common candies to return to the limit level, but that would give you too much work and other people already gave good tips.

I was thinking about one of the EV training trainers. They are no threat even if the Farfetch'd has weak defenses. And they even have 6 meltans in case it didn't land the 3 critical hits in the first 3 ones.

I understand what you are trying to say, but I don't think the way of evolving galarian Farfetch'd has to change. In Pokemon sword a wild Farfeth'd has 50% chance of be holding a leek. This item rises Farfetch'd crit by 2 stages so if you have it holding one he has 50% chance of landing a critical hit with a regular move. Also, if your farfetch'd knows either leaf blade or night slash it will always land a critical hit, so you just need to find a trainer that can handle 3 crits. Note: I used a spoiler bar because I didn't want to cover a lot of space.

Now that you mentioned it I remember the scene. I played the game twice but only got the Anju's pendant in the second play so i didn't remember the content related to it very well.

I agree with everything said in this thread but I would like to say why I think Angie can't be their mother. I believe Angie is a fusion of Idriad/Vitus with Anju since when we go to Idriad's mansion after Kenneth's badge, Anju is imprisoned in a room in the back of the mansion and she talks to us like she won't live any longer (at least with her own mind). Also i believe this because Angie has the personality of Idriad/Vitus and a similar body and powers to the ones Anju had.

I already talked to every kimono girl but one still doesn't show up at the Rose Theater (even went 3 times to the places where they are to make sure). Can someone help me? note: when i talked to the one in Nightmare City the Sableye wasn't there. Thanks in advance. Game.rxdata

I haven't done the full sidequest yet but maybe she wanted to see a Ledian. Have you tried to evolve it?

I can't find Ben inside the house too. What is needed for it to appear? EDIT: did the quests from the help center in Kristiline Town and was able to do the quest.

I'm in v12 already and the younger Narcissa doesn't appear in front of the Goldenleaf town sign. I already freed Dufaux. I also tried to enter Narcissa's room and it was locked. Can someone help me? EDIT: I did the quest in West Gearen and i was able to continue the quest.
