Double phantom dancers work on champions who have auto-attack passives. Basically, champs like Caitlyn and Vayne could benefit greatly. Double Phantom Dancers eseentially gives you 2 power spikes in the game, because getting IE + 2 PD will rack you 90% crit, so your damage will practically become double. auto attacks become smoother and you'll finally see yourself doing more damage, so it's also a powerspike. That's the explanation, I think, for my view. Also, you'll be autoattacking much much faster with 2 phantom dancers.
