    Here's Pokemon Rejuvenation : Light, Darkness and Shadow. Continuing the part (where Madame X punishes Madelis) but instead :

    Madame X : What's important is--

    Madelis : Just tell me!

    Madame X (furious but calm) : ...You just signed your own death warrant, Madelis!

    Madelis : Wha--

     

    As Madelis about to react, she got punched behind by the brute Trezavo very hard, it sent her flying straight to the wall as Nastasia dragged the computer and Ren away from the impact. Neved approached as shocked for what Trezavo did.

     

    Madelis : Augh... Ow-w... My-y spine...

    Trezavo : Did your mommy teach your manners?! Or your fucking failure of your sister?! Dumbass!

    Madame X (tranquil fury) : This is the consequence for your insolence!

    Daring to speak when you have no right?!

    Trezavo : Of course. Because she's a useless junk of shame dragging Team Xen through the mud!

    Therefore, why don't you come with me and taste the biggest retribution I shall inflict upon you!

    Madame X (concerned) : Let's not go too far for it! I'm the one who decides to inflict judgement upon all of them who fail me!

    So, step down!

    Trezavo (annoyed) : Whatever...

    Madame X : There is no reason for you to exist as you are no use to me, Madelis.

    Madelis : S-Stop...

    Trezavo : Great idea.

    Just kill her. She won't be missed.

    Nastasia : ...

    Madame X : Die.

     

    As Madame X is about to excecute Madelis, Neved stepped in to defend the latter.

     

    Madelis : N-Neved, what are you doing?!

    Neved : The right thing.

    I won't allow senseless killing.

    Trezavo : >:(

    Madame X : Failures drift to other failure. Such is the way of this world.

    Trezavo : And people like you have no right to--

    Neved : Spare her as you spared me. She still has use for us, and you know it.

    Set aside your anger and think this through.

    Trezavo : Don't listen to this bozo! Kill her like you mean it!

    Show how Madelis is about to despair! And so the Xen Executives!

    Madame X : SILENCE, TREZAVO!

    Trezavo : >:(

    Madame X : I see, Neved. Very well. Your resolve has impressed me.

    However, as of this moment she will no longer be a Xen Executive.

    Madelis : ...

    Madame X : Listen carefully, for this is your final chance.

    I'll demote you too if you're going too far with abuse of power you hold so dear.

    And it's going to be a rank even lower than a Xen Grunt.
