andracass's patch worked. I just caught it.

I already ran into Teddiursa 3 times and I can't find him on the fourth time. I checked the locations listed on the wikia page(https://pokemon-reborn.fandom.com/wiki/Teddiursa_Sidequest) and he's nowhere to be found. I understand there is a bug that makes him go away. Is this an example of that bug, and if so, how do I fix it? I'm attaching the save file to this thread. 44 - Amber - 3h 27m - 0 badges.rxdata
