Hey I have been trying the puzzle with the 11x9 and the box and I have no idea what I am doing the hint isn't helping and I have wasted an hour trying to figure it out please help.

I need my Save File fixed I'm in the pyramid where you have to switch between Ren/Aleita and your own character and well.... I can't switch characters if anyone can help me I would appreciate it so much. Also I will need step by step guidance on how to give you files or whatever.
