Can you readd the option to not randomizer the opp's mons?

What I meant is... Will Meltan and Melmetal, at the very least EVENTUALLY, be obtainable and usable by the player as of V13?

With Melmetal in the sprite pack does that mean the Meltan line is now in Rejuv (and usable, whether obtainable or not)?
