I can't find the NPC that gives you the new alt mons and mega stones in the league admin, does anyone know where they are or like have a picture?

In the rejuv wiki it says that an ability capsule is on route 2 but I can't find and so i switched to my save file with the dousing machine and still can't find so would anyone be able to please point me to where it is or send me a picture of where it is or something.

Yes I do have a ditto and I tried that however, the daycare just wouldn't give me an egg and I read somewhere that it won't always give you an egg so I just went to the forms cause I got tired of waiting.
