    Was this save file modded in anyway?

    You need to put the savefile into Saved Games\Rejuv, and run the 13.5 game files.

    What map were you on when you converted this save file? (Game_2.rxdata)

    I'd progress from the backup, and avoid entering the Kakori Gym, and interacting with any events that may seem out of place in Terajuma.

    This occurred because the story variable that unlocks the door is not properly set. Did you interact with any Chapter 6 events by chance? If so, that is why the door was locked.

    Where are you at in the story? And have you tried changing your time via your system settings? If that doesn't work, they you may be on a story time lock.
