You can just open the original zipped folder you got when you downloaded E19, and slap it into your current folder. If you're on Windows 7 however, you will have to manually patch your game, forgot to mention that earlier.

Hey Make sure your Anti Virus application isn't blocking it. Its a common issue that happens. You can try turning it off and see if it works, if it doesn't, grab a new updater.exe, as your Anti Virus most likely deleted files. Hope that works for you!
