So I can't find where is the girl with all the poliwags, I've searched online and you are supposed to go to Phasial Cave in route 3 but the cave in that route is dark and you have to use Flash to see. First picture is how Phasial cave is supposed to be and second picture is how it appears to me! Please help me I am sooooo confused and I'd like to catch Poliwag!! How can I get to the first picture???
