For some reason i can't for the life of me train this thing..It dies easily and is fragile yet i want noivern

Get the Exp. Share. og switch with a stronger pokemon on the first turn. Or get a high level Noibat not so much work. or just the daycare it will take some tim but it's there.

I feel your pain... it was the nuisance of my team in my first playthrough. I raised it from Level 9 - and I needed a lot of patience. I had to use 3 Rare Candies when it was Level 45 because it couldn't defeat a single Pokemon without fainting at least once. It shined when it evolved though thankfully.

You could try catching a Noibat at a higher level and train it from there.

You can find level 41 Noibats in the Underground Railnet. Just use a few Rare Candies on it

where do you get the exp. share in Reborn?

7th street. Buy all of the blackmarket pokemon and talk to Arclight.

There also was a way to get a exp-share in the lottery corner by getting all the same numbers,I think (Im not sure about the amount of same numbers)

But Sheep's way is much easy'er once you are in that part of the game.
