I remember Kinetic abilities being mentioned when you were just starting this up I have no idea what you're talking about, corporal. OH, you mean back when Stratos was still figuring out what the hell this story was gonna be? eh, I guess... though the PKs here aren't going to be based in the wielder's mind, it's going to be more like picking up a gun- powerful weapons that anyone can use, but border on weapons of mass destruction in the hands of those highly experienced and who know how to wield them most effectively. in other words, in used to be the man who supported the power, now it's the power that supports the man.
