Chacal
Your team is weak against flying pokemons, i suggest you to train an electric type, because we still have to battle the fly gym leader in the future. Hope it helps you a little bit
KnightZhroud
Hmm where do I start..... Breed Infernape with Thunder Punch using Electivire has it parent. Take out Quasire since you already have Gyarados has a water-type and get Flygon or Tyrantrum has a replacer. Catch a Bidoof, fight 1 Bouffalant in North Aventurine Woods and the Bidoor will evolve to Bibarel. He can learn every single HM moves. Don't teach your Pokemon HM moves because you are limiting yourself on having more moves. More moves = more coverage Take out Toxicroak, you already have a Fighting-Type on your team and add Drapion he's good. I didn't even knew about him until I search just now lol. Dark and Poison is a good typing (only weak to Ground) If you are adding Drapion, take out Scrafty (no point of having him since you got Dark and Fighting types) and you can add an Electric Type (Magnezone and Rotom are good). I'm actually surprise you manage to beat Charlotte with that team but I assume that Gyarados OP everything throughout the whole game lol EDIT: How does your Gyarados knows Bounce? Xiri
EDIT: How does your Gyarados knows Bounce? I'm guessing it learnt it via the move tutor in Agate Circus Anyway for advice: I'll just guess that you're like me and would want to keep your team members without any replacements. Like KnightZhroud said above, teach Thunderpunch to Infernape. I would replace Magical Leaf for Petal Dance for Florges. I'm guessing Rain Dance is there for Charlotte - so it might be okay to get rid of it now (maybe for Nature Power?) Quagsire looks fine, except for Surf. I would get another Pokemon to use for Surf. The other three looks fine. Nice work!

Scrafty can handle Ciel with Head Smash. I only beat Charlotte, due to Florges' Rain Dance. I do have a Magnezone, but no decent Electric attacks. I did get the Elekid from Calcenon, but i don't have an Electrizer or however it's spelt to evolve it once it becomes an Electabuzz. Toxicroak stays as a strength against Adrienn, since we haven't fought xem yet. Edited September 21, 2014 by Sparky
