As the title suggests I am looking for this item. It has been my saving grace in every run through. Nothing has saved me more (except Gyrados) than this item. If someone has found it's new location since Ame thought it'd be neat to remove it from the store, please let me know.

As far as I know the only place you get it is in the Obsidia Dept. Store. Can't remember which floor off the top of my head

Wild Meowth have a 5 percent chance of holding it.

Bring a pokemon with compoundeyes like butterfree or Vivilion, faint it and put it in front of your party this increases the chance of wild pokemon holding items, next get a pokemon with frisk and keep running finding Meowth until one has a quick claw.

Thanks, was kind of hoping for a select location but I guess this is happening the hard way.
