So this one I noticed is a special kind of middle finger to the player. During encounters with Tauros and Bouffalant they can both be shiny. Due to the type of battle that you face them in on Route one they cannot be captured so my only question is why would someone be so evil. *points at Ame* Or is this just a little unintended mistake?

Pinser/Heracross Not-catchable

Also every poke can be shiny in those kind of events

I believe you mean locked, pinned posts are at the top of the section with the, well, "pinned" tag.
