Also, there's a scene in this movie where Paris Hilton's face falls off. xD It's hilarious. Edit: Yeah, Vampire Hunter D was pretty darn good. chuckles
I'm a movie junkie, and it seems notable that, sofar, I have seen everything mentioned here except 'el infierno', 'chinese odyssey', and 'sword of the stranger'. My favorite right now is Grand Budapest Hotel. Other movies I would consider to be fantastic: The Usual Suspects (action/drama) starring Kevin Spacey and directed by Bryan Singer Meet Joe Black (drama) starring Anthony Hopkins and Brad Pitt and directed by Martin Brest (who is known also for Scent of a Woman) Pitch Black (sci fi) starring Vin Diesel and Radha Mitchell and directed by David Twohy Mud (drama) starring Matthew Mcconaughey, independent film. Can't remember the name of the director. Cabin In The Woods (comedy/horror) starring Fran Kranz and Kristen Connolly and directed by Drew Goddard (in his directorial debut) Seven Psychopaths (comedy/action) starring Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell (who may well be my favorite actor, due in no small part to his performance in this film) and Christopher Walken. Directed by Martin Mcdonagh.
wallacethepig
What, no one said Bridge to Terabithia yet? That's still the only movie I ever cried at. Also, I find your lack of musical disturbing. Singin' in the Rain, Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, and The Music Man. Go watch 'em. Weird Al's UHF is also pretty hilarious, if you're feeling like a comedy. And for goodness' sake, go watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail. chuckles
I like all of those musicals...although not so much for the Sound of Music anymore. Seen it too much, probably. Still all over pop culture too.
Maelstrom
The only musical I can really think of endorsing right now is Reefer Madness. OOld school time. 12 angry men. 12 jurymen argue over the fate of a young man which seems like an open and shut case at first. To Kill a Mockingbird Gump Spaceballs Monty Python's holy grail L Lincoln tthe green mile wwho framed roger Rabbit aa Muppet Christmas carol Most every animated Disney movie

Could you elaborate? I'm wondering now which ones you love and which ones you hate, specifically. Also...I love Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and The Green Mile is great too. I hope we get a new Frank Darabont film soon.
