TurboAura
I'd say, just do any 'necessary training' in the mutated park, or just get your training for Florinia in the school.

But how am I supposed to train my makuhita? It's level 10.
Simon
Maybe the Alleyway in Obsidia? You could try the Slums or the park like Turbo said.
Guest
Make sure you battled every trainer around, while you're exploring around Julia's gym and the bridge just above the Grand Hall I think it is, where you get your starter Pokemon. The slums are a nice place to train and grind too. Since I had a Fire type starter and a Raticate, the forest was the easiest place to train for me since all I had to do was abuse fire attacks, and if I wanted to I could switch in the Raticate to get some EXP as well. If you really wanted to train that Noibat though, I'd recommend the forest jungle thing beforehand, since you get Flying attacks I'm almost certain. Good luck
Chase
Make sure you battled every trainer around, while you're exploring around Julia's gym and the bridge just above the Grand Hall I think it is, where you get your starter Pokemon. Good luck Most of this is spot on, except for the part about Julia's Gym. You won't be able to challenge Florinia until after you beat PULSE-growth. For your Makuhita, I would suggest slogging it out against Stunky, Poochyena in the Peridot Alleyways to about level 15, then training the rest of the way in the Slums against...is it Pidove? It doesn't get a solid flying type move that would get any help from it's stats in...ever. Obsidia Park, while Mutated, has a decent amount of Flying, Bug, Poison, and Fire type prey. Seeing as Fire, Flying, Poison, Bug, and Fighting are all types that would make Florinia struggle, this -should- help you out wonders.
