Read the rules there and re-edit your post, it's missing a lot and is rendered as an "incomplete RMT"

You are missing the following:

1. An 'At a Glance' section.
--At a Glance is the section in which all six Pokemon on a given team (or 3 in the case of an RB team) are showcased merely with sprites, animated or not. This gives a glimpse at what the team will contain.
2. A Teambuilding Process
*This can show your mindset as you were building the team and better showcase the roles of each Pokemon and possible edits/changes the reader can make if they decide to adapt the said team.
3. An actual analysis.
--This is a given. An RMT must contain a detailed and in-depth analysis of each Pokemon on the team, it's set and it's role, as well as counters and checks. This provides the information of how the team works as a whole.
4. Export
An export can be provided so a team can be used by someone else.

So, please go and re-read the rules, reformat your RMT's accordingly so that we can help you to improve your team.

At a quick look:

-Specs Greninja, especially with no U-turn, is a very bad idea; Greninja's whole thing is that it can switch moves.

-Talonflame is ok but it being marked as genderless is weird

-Defensive Aegislash with three attacks, King's Shield, and minimal HP investment is bad overall, recommend 252 HP / 252 Attack with either Adamant and SD or Brave and Shadow Ball

-I don't really use Goodra but again HP > defenses, because HP guards you against seismic toss and both forms of offense

-again with the defensive nature on an offensive mon (Mawile), also HP > Sp.D, otherwise set is a bit cookie-cutter but fine

-Breloom should have Mach Punch over Leech Seed, especially if you're running speed/HP

-you don't have any status on your team, or phazing, or hazards, which makes you weak to setup and makes it easy to stall you with constant switching

-no dedicated revenge killer; Greninja can work but will get killed by a lot of dragon dancers at +1 because it's made of paper

-you're pretty much incapable of switching in on attacks since all of your mons are offensive, but you don't really have the tools to maintain a hyper-offensive pressure

Uh sure, I'll lock it. Make sure to make the changes specified by Mockingbird if you want critiques on the team, and Cow's already told you where to go if you need help with that.

I am somewhat curious as to why you didn't lock this yourself though Cow, seeing as I'm locking it though the question probably isn't gonna get answered anytime soon.
