Back home in Kanto that tended to be frowned upon. "To be specific, want I'd like to know is about the claims that after Porygon evolves into it's final form, Porygon-Z, it begins to act... strangely. Although she would love to ponder further on the past of Murkrows, her thoughts were immediately popped as soon as Professor Redwood mentioned "class." Danielle quickly looked at the clock in the lab room and gasped; here was only 15 minutes left! And she, nor her friends, had lunch yet! "Avis, we need to go, girl!" she called her little black bird. Avis' eyes snapped open and gave a "krow" as a confirmation. However, she didn't fly to Danielle's side as intended. Instead, Avis was looking at the Eviolite stash forlornly, as if she was saying goodbye to an old friend. Noticing her reluctance to leave, Danielle spoke up for Avis. "Professor, merci for the insight on Murkrows. That definitely cleared up some things for me. But, um... I just one more question, sir. Avis seems to like the Eviolite; the benefits of the Eviolite would also help her improve her abilities as well. Would it be alright if she could have one?" It can be something small like being obsessed by a certain item and there was one case where the Pokémon hovered backwards whenever it saw a door,” Brendan answered. “The most acceptable theory up to date is that there’s a malfunction caused by the Dubious Disc. Professor Rowan, who is currently researching Pokémon evolution, thinks it influenced or possibly changed Porygons data. "It's still more than what I knew walking in here." With that he turned and walked back towards the entrance of the lab. He stopped at the doorway, debating whether or not he should wait for the others. Eh... Danielle bowed to the headmaster of the academy to show her appreciation. Avis beamed happily at the professor before putting her precious new toy in her talons. The Murkrow gave a few cries to show her happiness, nuzzled the Professor's hand and flew back to her master with her leg held out. She was asking Danielle to put the Eviolite on her. Danielle allowed Avis to drop the small, purple stone in her hands before speaking softly to the bird. "Avis, I'll put it on you after class okay? We need to find something to put this in so that it won't fall off on you, but it will be easy to take off when you battle. Perhaps a small leg band or tail band would do...?" Avis nodded and settled herself on Danielle's shoulder once more, ready for her company to take her to lunch. Danielle pocketed the Eviolite in a small pouch inside her backpack, gave another bow once more to Professor Redwood and turned to face Jacob, Slade and Mareek. "Thanks for waiting guys~ If you are done, let's go and quickly grab lunch before class begins! Last one there is a Slowpoke! Bye Professors, Brendan and Rebecca!" He hit the button and the door opened, then he quickly went inside and waited for the other contestants to enter or at least how many could get in the elevator in ten seconds after he got in. "He's the best!" Ryan's laugh was endless, finding himself too tired to keep himself from it. "So what about you, Raiza, you got anybody to cuddle with?" Ryan giggled again, words coming out like vomit due to his infinite amount of fatigue caused by Lucifer. Ryan thought about his words and looked back up at Raiza. He entered the elevator just after Slade, smiling at his friend. "If that'd been a fair start, I think I would've had you!" he said, looking back into the hall. He then looked down at his Trapinch, who was excitedly looking around after the awesome burst of speed. "Don't worry, buddy! Devin said you're halfway to evolving, and we just started out here! You'll be able to go faster than me once that happens," he said excitedly. Teo gurgled happily and flapped his front legs, eager to take to the air. "Soon," Jacob said wistfully. Really? he thought to himself, his hands in his pockets. It's just an elevator... and it's not like the world is going to end if you happen to have to go without for a day...He himself had a habit of eating a large breakfast so that he could always spend the time given to them for the noon meal for training or studying instead, so he honestly didn't give two damns whether or not he was about to miss what little time was left lunch. Without a word, he stepped inside the space with the other three and hit the button for the ground floor of the main building, standing back as the doors slid shut and they began their descent. Five...four...three...two...one... He was slowly counting down the seconds before one of them called him a slow poke... just as he expected they would. Avis looked up at the two guys and did a little swaying side to side. Danielle then appeared in front of them a few seconds after. "Now where is-- Oh there you are!" She stopped as Mareek stepped inside. "Come on! Have some fun before class starts! It doesn't hurt to run!" The Murkrow only smiled at Danielle before looking to the Murkow wannabe to see his reaction to Danielle's statement. She emitted a small cry, hoping Slade would give her master a break. I think Lana was probably right though... He couldn't help but think to himself. These two... there does seem to be something here... and it's annoying as hell when I'm a captive audience to it. During this time, Avis also propped herself back onto Danielle's shoulder, giving a grin at the whole little scene. "Then what are we waiting for?" Danielle asked as she stepped out into the walkway. Slade yelled as he sprinted to the Cafeteria. A trail of dust followed him and he ran out and straight for the smell of food, knocking a few people along the way. It could be seen from anywhere, a guy in red and black yelling food at the top of his lungs running straight for the Cafeteria. He took 4 corn dogs and a juice box and began eating really fast. Then, the two of them burst into laughter before running after Slade to get themselves some food. "Might as well go before we are late!" she called back to Jacob and Mareek. -------------- After paying for a hot dog, water, fries and Poke-food, Danielle found Slade eating very loudly at a nearby table. She approached the ravenous teen and put down her tray on the opposite of him, trying not to laugh at the sight all the while. "Monsieur, relax. I don't want to see you choke on any food before the trip tomorrow. Plus, you are causing quite the commotion." Avis flew down to the table and began eating from her dish as Corona, Danielle's Larvesta, popped out of her Pokeball to enjoy the food and the sight too. Then Flare popped out from his ball and yipped seemed he was hungry too. "Time for trip two." Slade said rushing over to the counter again this time getting a burger, a soda and some fire type food for Flare. He came back in a flash and gave Flare his pokefood and this time he didn't eat really fast. "So, have you figured out which group you're going with, or are they picking for us. Yes, I cuddle with Lucifer here, and Rogue, whenever she allows me to, pon," Raiza answered. "If you mean a person, no, not quite. Not that my mind's set on it, pon." The Litwick let out a firey little burp, filled to burst with spiritual energy. Ryan's vitality was deliciously sweet; so was this other fellow's. This spiritual grub would last him a day. And now, he knew where to go and who to look for when he was hungry! Looking at her partner, aware of what he could do, Rogue looked on with very, very faint worry. It didn't seem like Lucifer would try tapping into her or Raiza's life forces, but he readily touched others'... She didn't want to fight weakened foes just like that.
