Pokémon Academy: Ch 2a: Dragons [IC]

Jacob frowned in disappointment as he heard his name called in a group other than Devin's. Crap... he thought to himself, shaking his head. I had really wanted to go with THE Dragon master. But I suppose Noivern and Altaria are alright. He then thought back to the other names he'd heard. He remembered hearing Robert's name, but other than his and Mareek's he didn't recognize anyone else. I guess I'm making new friends today, the young Trainer thought to himself as he reached down to his belt and hit the release button on Teo's ball, causing him to appear in a flash of light. "I'm ready to get moving, Teo. What about you?" The Trapinch gurgled excitedly, looking toward the forested area.

[Commander]

When Henry heard the members of his group, he couldn't be happier. Thank lord Arceus Shiro and Robert aren't in my group. Now all I need to do is find an almost full cabin. Henry saw Mareek and James in a cabin and walked in whether or not they wanted him or not. "If anyone asks if I'm in this room, tell them no. This might be my only chance to gets those two idiots away from me."

[Azeria]

Turning to the doorway,James saw Henry walk into the room.Hearing what he said about "those two idiots"James replied"Sure,just don't make too much of a noise please.""Sigh,i really wanted to go with Devin and potentially find a Bagon...but any dragon would be decent.Though a Salamence would be Badass"James thought to himself as he continued looking through his notebook and camera for a decent model for a pokemon statue thing.

"Fine, Whatever..." Mareek said to Henry, not looking up from the screen as Java began to line up the possible Candidates by page. "Hell, I'm probably not even going to be in this room by the time we get back." He didn't really care about who his bunk mates were; he'd only come in here in the first place to prepare a little and sit down for a few minutes. Java had finally finished the candidate line up, presenting them all to Mareek one by one, showing off their physical features and their potential power. "That one," he said simply. Java isolated the Dex page and bookmarked it for later. A moment later The porygon appeared in the air by his shoulder again.

"I'm gone," he said coldly, getting up and exiting the room without so much as a glance at the other boys. A moment later he had also exited the Cabin itself and headed back to the sandy covered lot outside, hands in his pocket as he looked off at the wooded area not far away. Chances are I'm probably not gonna find a Maril out there...

[Azeria]

"Huh"James muttered after Mareek left the Room."That guy's cold"He thought as he finally found a decent model of what pokemon he wanted to create."This one,this one'll be looking awesome!"James said as he stood up and got his bag,Before the trip James had used most of the BP he earned to buy food and supplies and thus had some nice looking sandwiches with him to eat."I think i'll eat this outside"James thought as he too left the room to go outside

[Commander]

"Fair enough," Henry replied. He then watched Mareek leave the room. Now I just have to wait and see who the fourth will be. Henry pulled off his backpack and began unloading most of his things. He slid the black folder under his spare clothes in the dresser hoping no one would notice it. The only thing left in his backpack were supplies needed for the trip. I guess growing up in a dessert finally paid off. Maybe I'll choose something from where we're going instead of a Drilbur. He saw James leave the room and decided to do the same closing the door behind him. He really didn't want anyone to know which room he was in.

A couple of minutes passed by and a girl entered the room. She put her things in the opposite bunk of Sissy's and left for the bathroom without even introduce herself to her. I guess she is in a hurry or something. What's up with that Murkrow though? She thought looking on Danielle's pokemon. It was a common Murkrow with some kind of jewelry on one of its legs.

Once Miss heard Murkrow's cry, she came off from her trainer's hair and went in front of Murkrow, letting out a small cry, with her eyes staring the jewelry.

Avis flew up and stretched out her leg to allow the Misdreavus to look at her Eviolite anklet. She then proceeded to give a little explanation on where she got it from in their Poke-language.

A few minutes later, Danielle returned from the bathroom with her hair tied up in a ponytail while a pair of brown sunglasses sitting on top of her head. Seeing that her Murkrow has introduced herself already (and that the girl didn't seem to mind her company), Danielle figured that she might as well introduce herself too. "I hope my Murkrow didn't cause any trouble; she is always searching for new stuff to make a fuss in." Danielle told Sissy as Danielle moved to her own bed. "You already met Avis over here; I'm her trainer, Danielle. Nice to meet you and your Misdreavus~"

[Tses]

Miss responded back at Murkrow when it started explaning about the anklet. She could realize why the Murkrow had it. It was so beautiful.

"Not really. She was sitting there talking with my Misdreavus."Sissy said looking at Danielle. "I am Sissy and this one is MIss. Pleased to meet you too."

Her Misdreavus went in front of Danielle making a little bow, and then left back into her hiding place.

[Bfroger6]

"Uhm..." Shiro stood next to the entrance of the cabin, watching people enter one after another. He had no intention of pushing himself through the crowd just to grab a room. Waiting for others to settle in and then joining a group lacking a member was far easier.

Speaking of groups... Shiro was devastated when professor said the names of group one students. He only barely knew Slade, but it was enough for him to come to a conclusion he isn't a person he would like to be around, mainly for his loud adittude. Kageharu was that odd guy he never spoke to. The other two girls he knew nothing about... He remembered Lana from the first day, but who the heck was Raiza!?

[Chevaleresse]

Kage reluctantly held himself in place while the crowd filtered into the rooms. He didn't particularly want to try getting through the throng without running headlong into someone, but he was psyched to go on the trip. Haxorus AND Tyrantrum? This is gonna be awesome! After waiting for a bit, he walked toward the rooms, but walked full tilt into someone else who had apparently been waiting. He hadn't been moving so Kage wasn't able to pinpoint his position from the noise. He basically fell backwards onto his rear. "Damnit. . . Sorry, I didn't see you there."

[Chim]

Zephyr

“I prefer the bottom bed if you don’t mind,” Lana said while walking into an empty room. She was glad at least Raiza was in her group. “And Shiro is a bit like me. He’s shy and easily gets into trouble. He was the one to anger Hydreigon in Devin’s garden.”

TurboAura

Evan walked into the room and chose the bottom bed on the opposite of Robert. He didn’t really care who he had to share a room with and didn’t pay much attention to the boy on the other bed. He was glad certain people weren’t in his group as they certainly would get him killed, but if he remembered correctly that annoying girl Danielle was in his group. As long as she kept her distance he would be fine with it. And Henry, the only one who seemed to have a brain, was around so maybe it wouldn’t be that bad.

Azery, Surge and commander

Alvin wasn’t really paying attention to anyone surrounding him. He couldn’t care less about those dragons, but the group under guidance of Redwood’s assistants sounded really interesting. If he was free to explore the forest a little bit he was sure he could meet lots of different bug types! He opened a door and saw three beds were already taken. He threw his bag on the last bed and took a seat while looking through his Pokédex. He just couldn’t decide which Pokémon he wanted to catch next.

[Felicity]

Claude waltzed into a room, with two boys in it. He could identify them as Evan and Robert, though he didn't know them well. "well helloooo boys, nice to be bunking with you. I'll try not to keep you up at night." Claude said with a grin on his face

[Chim]

TurboAura and Lucky Elf

Evan was speechless. He watched Claude, or something close to it, being his sparkling self but had no idea how to respond to that. “Errr sure, thanks I guess?” He looked over to the other guy to see what he thought about their roommate when he recognized him as Robert. “Oh it’s you,” he said not too enthusiastic. “I didn’t recognize you without all the dangerous Dragon Pulses flying around. Although I’m not too sure we’re out of the danger zone…” he said gesturing to Claude.

[Felicity]

Claude didn't fail to notice the less than enthusiastic reaction to seeing Robert. He decided to help them patch it up. "Well, there's a distinction between danger and fun. That distinction depends on you. Who knows? Perhaps you both like to play around with pulses." Claude said, winking at the two, hoping to create a camaraderie in their embarrassment.

[Bfroger6]

Shiro was thrown backwards straight with his left shoulder into the wall of the cabin when somebody suddenly slammed right into him. He looked down at the boy now sitting on the ground. It was Kage, with his signature sunglasses and headphones.

"Ouch..." He rubbed his pained shoulder. The pain went dull, but it was still present. "No, no.... It's fine." Shiro extended his hand and grabbed Kage's, helping him up. "You're Kage, right?"

[Chevaleresse]

Kage pulled himself up with the assistance of the other teen. "Yeah. You seem familiar, but I can't remember your name off the top of my head."

After Robert had realized that two other people had come in, he quickly zoned-back and heard Evan's realization. "Oh, hey Evan. It's all good that you didn't recognize me, it's not like I was making my presence known." Robert was going to counter Evan's little 'still danger zone' joke, but was caught off guard by the new boy's reply, hoping that his description of 'pulses' weren't any kind of innuendo, coming back with a little chuckle. "Eheh, well okay then. Seems Evan already covered that my name's Robert, and I don't think I have your name."

Ahah, the chance for an introduction! Claude took a pose, left foot forward, arms spread out. "I, my lovely new friend, am Claude the Extraordinaire, coordinator in training at your service!" He finished with a bow, bent at waist height, his head parallel to the floor.

Robert was... well entertained by Claude's introduction. 'Atleast I know this guy is... Eccentric? Yeah that seems right. I should be able to keep 'level-headed,' atleast he seems like a positive kind of person. So he makes three, huh?...' With that though out of the way, Robert went back to the chat. "Well Claude, how about you pick which of the top bunks you want, you can atleast pick that before there's only one."

"Hi there, Miss~" Danielle greeted Sissy's ghost Pokemon with a seated bow of her own before Miss went back into... Sissy's hair. Avis went over to Sissy to see where the Pokemon disappeared to. Danielle sighed out of relief. "I'm glad she didn't cause any trouble; her curiosity usually gets the best of her, like she is right now. Avis!" The Murkrow looked at her trainer with a disappointed face before flying over to land on Danielle's bed; Avis was tilting her head at different angles to see where Miss had gone. "I'm going to go on a limb and say that Miss is pretty shy, no? If yes, it looks like she has a thing in common with my Larvesta." Danielle giggled before putting some stuff into her backpack for the journey ahead. "By the way, Sissy, which group are you in? I'm in Group 2 with Henry and Evan, if I'm not mistaken, but I didn't hear your name in that group."

There was something off about Kage once he turned his head and began talking to Shiro. A peculiar, yet very well known feeling of being watched washed over Shiro's entire body. Almost as if Kage's gaze was tangible, and even though he couldn't see them, he could feel his eyes... Shiro shrugged it off as some sort of weird trickery, a creation of his own mind, as the feeling dissapeared as soon as it appeared.

"I'm Shiro, of course. I don't think we have ever really... you know, talk to each other..." He shook Kage's hand and went on. "We're in the same group, I think..."

Ryan stood up, grabbing his crutches, and hobbling out of the room. Before leaving the cabin, Ryan noticed a certain room was lively with conversation. He decided to check it out, but his intentions failed him when he fell face first, ass up, right in between Claude, Evan, and the others.

[Felicity]

"oh hey Ryan, I hadn't pegged you for a bottom boy as well. Looks like you're stuck on top this time though, if you want to join in our escapades" Claude chattered, offering Ryan a hand to help him up.
