Raiza nodded, listening attentively, glancing at the wounds on her patient's body, before getting to work. "Money? Money's no object here. At least not right now," the girl said, dabbing Henry's wounds with some cotton balls dabbed in medicine. "And Rogue--" the Sneasel had popped out of her Pokeball at the sound of her name being called-- "some ice, please." Hesitantly at first, the Trainer reached over to check the back of Henry's head. "Luckily for you, the whiplash and impact didn't seem to injure your head." Wrapping up the ice from Rogue in some cloth, she said, "Something similar to this happened to me when I was a kid. Lana and I, we're neighbors back home, and I'd usually come over and play with the Ground types at her place." A faint scowl tugged at her lips as she worked and remembered an unpleasant memory. "It... might've been something I did, but one of the Piloswine I was playing with got spooked and gored me in the gut. I can still remember Lana screaming and running to get help," she said quietly, passing him the ice pack. "Keep this on your chest for twenty minutes every ten minutes. It should help with the pain... and don't move or bend too much, your bones could puncture your lungs if you aren't careful."

Henry nodded at Raiza's instructions. "Alright, let's see about the device now." Henry looked at the object which seemed to be unscratched. Actually, it looked like nobody even touched it. "Guess I was wrong. Maybe the hunters saw it and pulled it off before trying to capture a couple of those Donphan. It's in near perfect condition so it should be usable again." Henry hid his true thoughts from the group around him. My theory is that a Pokemon took it off. Not only would the Donphans ignore it, but evidence would be impossible to use to track that Pokemon. I can't even see anything that looks like a fingerprint even. These people are covering their tracks and they're doing it well. I'll inform the professor later, but I don't want any of these students getting involved. I've seen Cipher's work in action and if these people are just as good, this is only the beginning.

Henry then looked back a Raiza. "I could only imagine how painful that experience had to have been."

Ryan's train of thought was swerving between the conversation and trying to figure out why the Donphans were so spooked. A thought rushed into Ryan's head like a bullet through flesh. He snapped his fingers and exclaimed, "My Phanpy, Delilah! She was part of the herd, she must know what made them so afraid!" Ryan felt around his belt for his pokeballs. Upon reaching Delilah's, he took it out and tossed it a little to the right of Raiza and Henry. The beautiful white flash took the shape of a Phanpy, as Delilah let out a little "toot" from her trunk. Ryan knelt down next to her, gently rubbing her head. "Hey Delilah, you little cutie. I got a question for you. You up for the task?" Delilah let out another, more confident toot and got herself into a fighting position. Ryan laughed a little bit. "This isn't a battle you silly. Look, I know that you were one of the Phanpys in the herd that used to be here. Can you tell me what made you guys go on a stampeding rampage?"

The Phanpy froze, and quivered intensely before regaining her composure, sinking her little knees into the earth and turning away from Ryan. She flapped her trunk towards where she had originally came from. She then hunkered down, moving around in a clunky, somewhat sinister movement, shifting from one leg to another, as if trying to be stealthy in the open space. She paused and look around for a moment. She let out a grunt of frustration before her eyes fell upon a little patch of black dust. She ran over to it, kicking it all over herself, attempting to mimic the ones who scared her family. She then continued her act, moving around and occasionally letting out a harsh "Phanp" in a deeper tone than usual.

Ryan couldn't help but chuckle at her performance, but then realized what she was doing. He found a little notepad and a piece of paper that must have been in the tote bag originally. He grabbed them and began writing. "Somewhat thug-like... Dark clothing or skin... A reason to be sneaky... That sound like anybody to anyone?" Ryan looked up hopefully at those around him in an attempt to get an answer.

"It hurt and didn't hurt at the same time," she said, now cleaning off as much blood as she could gently, thinking of a better way to describe her experience. "You know the feeling when... you can barely feel the pain cause the shock's mostly got you gripped? Yeah, that was what it felt like. A third of the tusk was inside me, right in the stomach. Eating was impossible for a really long time." Passing her canteen and some painkillers to Henry, she continued. "Honestly I couldn't remember much other than the screaming... I was losing a ton of blood; I kept passing out. Heck, I couldn't even remember the trip to the hospital. For a while, my parents considered keeping me away from Lana's house... My house... Pokemon altogether."

As though on cue, Lucifer came to rest on his Trainer's shoulders as she knelt down by Henry. "I woke up in the hospital room one night. It was dark, 'cept for the moonlight from the window... and I saw the shadows moving. Turned out that some Ghost Pokemon from home had followed my parents to the room and wanted to make sure I was okay. If it weren't for them, well, I guess I would've been traumatized forever. And I wouldn't ever have agreed to having Lucifer." The girl hugged her Ghost-Fire Pokemon tightly, to its delight. "... Though, the minor setback to sleeping in a room full of Ghost types would be the weird dreams, sometimes even nightmares," Raiza said, making a face, as a Phanpy materialized from a Pokeball. The three, Raiza, Lucifer and Rogue watched the Ground type's charade quietly, until after her performance. "When'd you catch her, Ryan?" the Trainer asked, amused. "You seem to understand her pretty easily."

Jacob looked toward the rest of the group, wondering about the lack of volunteers. He quickly excused himself from Alastair's side and jogged over to Kristen. "Hey," he said quietly, his cheeks turning slightly red. "Uh... So I'm going to go with Alastair to look for Evan. And since no one else seems to want to go with him, I thought maybe you might want to," he managed to get out. "I mean... Uh... With me. And with him. To do the thing," he said, shutting up before he started to ramble.

Christmas Elf

Tyron nodded in appreciation to Claude. “Alright, you’re with me and Lana. That means we only need one more person before we go!”

Jory

Kristen was still flustered about what happened. “Oh, uhm, yeah, sorry, I’m still… you know I’m trying to get my head around the whole Donphan thing. It was really scary being out there. We’re lucky no one else went missing… Give me a minute. If no one else wants to go I’ll help you out.” She gave Jacob a little smile and found it cute he seemed a bit flustered. Maybe this entire situation wasn’t so bad at all?

Group Devin

While Raiza was taking care of Henry, Devin made his way to the healthy students. He sent them off in one big group under guidance of Haxorus and Tyrantrum. Only a few that needed some treatment for cuts and bruises remained and waited for their turn.

After that was taken care of the Elite Four member walked over to Kage. “Hey Kage, there’s no way to cut this short so I’m going to be straight with you. Is there anything you have been keeping secret from the teachers?” This wasn’t his preferred timing to have this conversation but at least they had some privacy out here.

Ryan looked back at Raiza, realizing this was quite a feat. "Well, almost an hour ago, honestly. She's quite obedient. I was surprised she even understood what I was saying to her, let alone being able to perform such a charade." It was then that Professor Cadmus came over and ordered them to help other students. "OK, I guess we can get back to this a little later. Mind being my little assistant right now, Delilah?" The Phanpy let out another "toot" from her trunk and made her way over to Ryan. He then began going to work on the closest injured student, layering bandages on an open wound in her leg.

Phoebe

The Water Expert reached the place Slade told her about rather fast. She looked around for clues, footprints and even the Swellow. After looking for a rather long time she hated to admit that these ‘Team Rocket’ members were clean. They did a good job not leaving, or erasing, any evidence. The only thing she found was that Swellow but aside from useless shiny things, there wasn’t any indication the bird knew more. In fact the Swellow refused to cooperate with someone who obviously wasn’t fond off the friendliest humans she ever met.

Disappointed she had no chose but to make her way back.

((Right now she ahead in time and will arrive around the time Devin returns))

“Ah good of you to volunteer,” Alastair said. “Now we just need one more member, but by the looks of it Jacob is working on that.” He then turned back to Robert and looked the student in the eyes. “What’s your name? I’m sorry but there’s too many of you to remember in two days time.”

Kenny was standing nearby when Tyron spoke, so he overheard Tyron say that they only needed one more person before they went. In response, Kenny and his Team headed over, and Kenny spoke.

"I'd like to join your group."

"Oh, no problem. My name's Robert, Parkhurst if it matters." After which, Robert simply put his hand towards Alistair, trying for a handshake as a sign of respect.

After Slade checked up on the other members of the group that weren't as badly hurt or at all he joined the group. "Hey guys, so most if not all turned out OK or with minor injuries. Did I miss anything while I was checking up on people?" Slade said now adjusting his fedora as the most of group team heads back to the camp.

Danielle continued to listen to the unfolding conversation in silence. There was something odd about Henry's response to the tiny tracker, but she couldn't quite pinpoint it. Since there is no getting around to him with so many people surrounding them, she pushed the subject to the back of her mind and focused her attention on Ryan's new Phanpy. Her three Pokemon were also gazing on to see if Delilah provided some clues to the culprits. 'Dark, maybe black, clothing, thug-like and sneaky? Sounds a bit like Team Rocket to me. All of the other gangs were way more colorful...'

"Hey guys, so most if not all turned out OK or with minor injuries. Did I miss anything while I was checking up on people?"

Corona and Avis perked up at Slade's voice and gave relieved cries at his safe state, but it was nothing compared to Danielle's overexcited shouts of joy. One could feel bad for Henry, Raiza and Avis as they were the closest ones to her ear-piercing screams.

"SLADE! You're here! Thank Arceus you're alright!" Danielle screamed out of relief and happiness. She held up her arms to, hopefully, get a hug. Nothing would make her happier after this whole situation just took place. Once she calmed down, she informed her (boy)friend about what Delilah was showing them. "Ryan's cute Phanpy was trying to show us who was responsible for upsetting the Donphan and we are trying to figure out who it is. Apparently it was someone looking like a thug, was sneaky and was wearing dark clothing... Possibly black since she used black dust to cover herself. Does it ring a bell with you?"

Zared almost keeled over in shock at his master's high-pitched voice. He figured that this "Slade" was a close friend of her's since she didn't react like that when the others showed up, plus his peers seemed happy to see him too. Since they are now surrounded by friendlier people and Pokemon, Zared left his post and went over to Danielle to observe this guy.

"SLADE! You're here! Thank Arceus you're alright!"

"You too, thought I had faith you'd be fine." Slade then giving a hug to Danielle seeing as she wanted one.

"Does it ring a bell with you?"

"Actually, I've met some people who fit that description." Slade said now convinced as ever it was the work of those two. Hee explained to everyone what had conspired during the time at the goomy habitat including the part where they asked him to join. "Thought I wonder what would've happened if I did join." Slade pondered to himself. Sasuke was still out of his pokeball, again laying on a tree branch humming a tune. People with keen hearing could make out some parts of his song, though it'd be fragments of his tune.

Jacob nodded, a bit crestfallen but understanding how Kristen must be feeling after such a traumatic incident. He looked at her and smiled, his cheeks turning beet red. "Well... Uh... um... I'm really glad you're okay. I was really worried about you when they told us that your group hadn't gotten back yet," he said quietly. Arete looked up at her Trainer and booped him on the nose again. However, this time Jacob laughed lightly and tickled the Togepi's stomach, eliciting a fit of giggling and flailing around.

Seeing as the situation had calmed down,James walked up to Tyron wanting to ask if he could help with the search."Um,Sir..would it be ok for me to help out with this search"He asked rather abruptly.

At the camp

“Yes, you both can come,” Tyron answered Kenny and James. He then walked over to Alastair who was shaking hands with Robert. “I got two more so we can leave. I’ll send the one boy with the Lucario with you.”

“That’s fine by me,” Alastair replied. “I’m ready to leave whenever you say. We need to coordinate this search as best as we can.”

Tyron nodded. “Alright, last call! The search parties leave within one minute! Anyway else that wants to join us speak up now!”

Jory

Kristen smiled as she watched Jacob interact with his Togepi. It was then she heard Tyron’s voice. “Well they have enough people it seems. I don’t think I’ll be of any help in this state so I’m staying behind. Sorry!”

Jacob nodded. "Right! Don't worry, though. I'll be back soon." He smiled at Kristen and then went back over to Alastair, meeting up with the rest of the team.

"Hold up, those two you met said they are from the Team Rocket?" Danielle asked, her expression was one of disbelief. All three of her Pokemon wore the same worried expression as Slade recounted his encounter with "Team Rocket." They are now sitting by her legs so that Slade would have some space to sit with their master. "But, how strange... The Team Rocket I heard about was never this... clever to use Pokedexes as a communications' device..." she said quietly as she rested her head on Slade's shoulder.

"Thought I wonder what would've happened if I did join."

Avis was about to smack the Murkrow-wannabe in the face with a Wing Attack again when she saw Danielle sat up from her more comfortable position. "Oh, I know what would have happened, mister." Danielle said, leering at Slade. She couldn't believe that he would even consider the consequences of joining the power-hungry group of criminals. Isn't the answer to that offer obvious enough? "You will find me slitting your throat the next time we meet, that's what. So, don't you dare think about joining them if you know what's good for you~" The coordinator finished off in a more light-hearted tone, tugging down Slade's fedora so that it covered the upper part of his face.

"So, don't you dare think about joining them if you know what's good for you~"

"Hey, I wasn't actually going to do it!" Slade said readjusting his Fedora again, "Can't a man ponder to himself. All I was thinking was how would I look like." He then grabbed his chin and closed his eye imagining himself, "Let's see, I'd have to wear that stupid uniform, then I'd have to do that little song they always do, also while doing the motions..." A hideous image of Slade doing the team rocket song and dance then flooded his mind. The mere thought of him doing such a thing made him want to puke. "Oh Arceus no, anything but that!" Slade said clasping his face. Sasuke, in the tree, saw the whole thing and began to laugh histarically as his trainer was seemingly traumatizing himself.

"I'll go too," Mareek said, stepping up to take Alastair's offer at the last minute. "I don't really know the guy, But I've seen the him a few times, And I never forget a face, plus my team can help by searching from the air."

“Hey Kage, there’s no way to cut this short so I’m going to be straight with you. Is there anything you have been keeping secret from the teachers?”

"Ah, shit." Kage let the curse slip through under his breath without realizing it as the statement crashed into him. For a moment, he considered being evasive about the question, but he figured that since he was in the hole already he might as well just try to dig right through. "Um, yeah. I'm blind. Figured it would come up sooner or later." The resignation in his tone faded and was replaced with a bit of heat. "I can manage just fine without help, though. No stupid special classes, and I don't need teachers holding my hands whenever I do anything!"

"Nope. But... It-It's g-good to know you scared yourself out of joining! You wouldn't look good in a Team Rocket outfit anyway!" Danielle couldn't help but burst into laughter as she heard whomever was laughing. Wait, who was that? She looked at her Pokemon: Avis was smirking, Corona giggling, Zared grinning. After several seconds, she found a blue frog in a nearby tree in hysterics. "Um... Slade? Is that the Frogadier that you wanted for your team?"

"Oh yea, I don't think I've introduced you yet," Slade said suddenly getting into a casual tone. He then looked towards the frog in the tree, "Hey, get yo butt down here and introduce yourself." The Frogadier then suddenly vanished from the branch and appeared besides Slade, "This guy here is Sasuke, and he maybe a little bit of a trouble maker." Sasuke then said a quick, "Dier." while nodding. "Oh, I see you caught a Mawile with me and Flare coming to burninate it. Mind telling me his name?" Slade said leaning over and inspecting the Steel-Fairy type. Sasuke on the other hand was closely eyeing Avis as she was smirking at his trainer.

"Hello Sasuke~ What an honor to meet the Pokemon ninja! If what Slade is true, then I'm sure you will get along with Avis here. She's quite a mischief maker herself." Danielle said, pointing to the bird next to her. As if to confirm her master's statement, Avis crowed happily and flew over to sit on the Frogadier's head. Danielle shook her head at that before she introduced her Mawile. "And you're staring at Zared, the deceiver. You and Flare could try all you want, but he's not easy to "burninate." Corona and I would know. Right, little one?"

Corona chirped besides the said Mawile. The new teammate, she knew, was not one to underestimate despite his huge weakness to fire. There is more to Zared than meets the eye.

Zared let a polite cry towards the looming face. He was, honestly, not sure how to feel about this guy. Slade was friendly enough to his master and himself, albeit a bit weird. The Mawile finally decided to blow a harmless Fairy Wind from his hand and into Slade's face gauge the human's reaction.

The blew hard on Slade's face, like setting a fan to high and putting your face right in front of it. Slade's hat blew away and his hair began to blow back as the wind messed it up. Sasuke went after the fedora leaving Avis floating there with a place to stand but came back quick enough to have the bird stand on his right arm which he had had out for her. After the wind stopped Sasuke put the hat back on crooked while his hair all messed up and all over the place. His face looked absolutely ridicules after the incident. He looked back at Danielle with a astonished face while pointing at the big mouthed creature, "He's got spunk I'll give him that..." Slade said wryly.
