Ryan took in all the information, throwing the thoughts around in his head. He then let out a tiny smile. "I guess I never thought about trying to change it. I guess my only problem is that I don't know how I could. I don't even know where I was or how it happened. It just... happened I guess."

[Felicity]

"Well, if it happens that simply, it can be changed just as easily. Relax, We won't let you die Ryan" Claude said, nodding to Jacob. "I swear that on my own beloved Doux" Claude swore, patting the pokeballs hanging from his belt

So Sissy doesn't know many people, huh? She seemed like a friendly enough girl to Shiro. "Then it can't be helped... Unless you know his name, Robert, we should go do something, right?"

'Friends do stuff together, right? And there's not really a point in having the conversation if nobody knows anything ~' A sudden gentle poke to his neck broke his thoughts. 'Shun?' The Kirlia and the boy exhanged looks before she turned away and pointed her finger at another battlefield where a Tyrunt and a Frogadier were battling. 'Yeah, there are still battles going on, and Shun wants to see them.'

"I know! Maybe we should go watch others fight! We could learn something valuable from it. There's a battle going on, so le-" A sudden start of a melodic jingle startled Shiro. His phone? Who could it be?

Shiro reached out and pulled his phone out of his pocket. On the white, buzzing screen, four letters were written in deep, jet black. 'Why would she be calling? What if...!?' Whatever it was though, good news or bad news, he needed to answer.

"I- I'll be back soon... Shun, you stay here." He mumbled to his friends nervously and put Shun down on the ground, much to her dismay, before running off in the opposite direction. Shun then turned to Robert and Sissy and shrugged her shoulders. This was one of those situations where not even she could read him. She could just hope it wasn't anything important, but, from the way he ran off... Something was wrong, that was for sure.

Robert simply looked at Shun as she had shrugged her shoulders, looked at Kiai who was equally as questioning, and finally towards Sissy. "Well, I guess he forgot he had to do something? At the very least, the cellphone seemed to be the only thing that changed his focus, so it's not like he'd be upset, he should be fine. I would ask if you'd want to follow him and see what it is, or even just try and find out myself, but..." During his pause, he looked down towards Shun, finally looking back to Sissy after a few seconds. "I assume that even if Shun's as uninformed as she's acting, she would still accept his want for privacy, which may lead to us getting a Shadow Sneak if we try and take that privacy away." While he did let out a laugh, he knew full well not to mess with pokemon that wanted the best for their trainer.

Shifting out of the confusion, he focused on what Shiro was actually saying before the phone chimed in. "So, like I assume he was going to ask, is there a certain battle you want to watch?"

Jacob nodded. "Exactly what Claude said. The future is what you make it. So let's forget about that for a bit and watch some of the matches! I know there's one I'm particularly interested in..." he trailed off as he turned and began watching the battle between Danielle and Kristen. Maybe I shouldn't even watch, though. Then one of them's gonna make me pick sides... he thought to himself.

"I guess you're right, no point in crying over spilled milk when I can just clean up the mess." Ryan stood up, brushing some dust off of his jeans. He followed Jory's gaze to Danielle and Kristen's battle. Ryan put on a stupid smile and punched Jory in the elbow. "I'll cheer on Danielle too, don't you worry. No way I'd be rooting for Kristen. I've got my interest on a different battle, though." Ryan turned his gaze back to Slade and Kage's battle.

[Zephyrus the Priestess]

Toothless still couldn't move. This was bad; she wanted to reserve her next Pokemon choice depending on who James would be sending out next. But she didn't want her little baby getting hurt any further. Underneath the dust cloud, neither Liona nor her Trainer could've seen it, but a red beam recalled him to his Pokeball. And just as the Twister hit the dust cloud... Brilliant, disconcerting flashes of light burst forth in dazzling arrays of colors meant to discombobulate the Dratini. A high-pitched giggle, like that of a child in a horror movie, rang through the field as a pair of yellow eyes watched carefully in midair.

((For clarification, I've switched Lucifer in. Chim, if it's against the rules, let me know; I'll make the necessary edits ASAP.))

Marill was still rolling and her speed increased, allowing her to dodge the incoming Hidden Power attacks. “Go get them Lady!” her trainer cheered her on as she prepared to roll over Zared.

((I dodged because I don’t know what kind of Hidden Power Jared has and don't know how many damage it should do. It works like the games and can only have 1 type))

Stratos

Evan sighed. This would mean he accepted the attention seeking bird and officially worked for whatever organizations those guys belonged to. He probably already did when he evolved Eevee but in his mind that was necessary to win that battle so it didn’t really count.

The student carefully patted Skarmory on the head and received nudges to continue if he stopped for even a second. In the meantime, while her trainer was occupied, Faith made her way to Evan’s right side. She saw an extra Pokéball hanging and felt bored. She wanted to play with the others and poked her trainer. Once she got his attention she made her point. “You want to play with the others? Alright, but don’t interfere with the ongoing battles!”

A Vaporeon and Vulpix were released. The water type stared at the weird Skarmory while the latter found her way to Mareek and his Cubone. “Pix?” She sniffed.

"So, like I assume he was going to ask, is there a certain battle you want to watch?"

"Not really. We can sit here and watch Raiza's and Danielle's battles." She replied at Robert. "As for Shiro, better not disturb his call."

Reina cringed as the shriek hit her ears, but she wasn't too badly affected. "Use Rock Polish to speed up and get out of that Frogadier's sight line, and get ready to attack as soon as it shows itself." The Tyrunt obeyed, starting to run as her body grew temporarily smoother with a greater sheen than before.

[DarkLight]

'Got you' The Hidden Powers that missed Lady had made their impact on the ground, resulting in holes that are big enough to fit a small Pokemon.

"Charge up an Iron Head and prepare to play ball with your horn!" Danielle shouted enthusiastically.

Zared took a glance at the hole-filled field as his whole body turned into a metallic gray color. After digesting Danielle's command, his grin widened, as he was pleased with her plan. He waited patiently for his master to order the next phase of the strategy as he stared down the incoming Marill.

Once Lady is almost on top of Zared, Danielle executed her, hopefully, last command. "Time to score a goal, Zared! Put that head to good use! Iron Fury!"

Zared managed to slam down his second jaw into the ground just in time as Lady rolled into it. Grunting a little at the impact, he then kneeled downwards so that Lady is on his mandible. In a split second, Zared knocked her up into the air with his horn and delivered the said Iron Head to make her change course. Once she is out of his personal space, Zared cried out and pointed to the nearest hole that he has planned to knock the Marill to; the signature pink Fairy Wind raced around him before it made its way over to a still accelerating Lady, making it harder for her to get away from the incoming hole.

"Sasuke, be pre-pared to move on my word. Until then stand your ground and be pre-pared!" Sasuke nodded as now he crouched down with one hand on the floor and the other in the air paying attention from all sides. Ready to move or strike given the opportunity.

The rollout chain attack was broken when Marill flew high up in the air. She knew what to do and without receiving a command she fired another barrage of bubbles towards Zared. Both Lady and Kristen knew that was the only hope of getting out of this one. If the bubbles were enough to make Zared miss, Lady still had a chance. If not she would be knocked out.

As the dust cloud was settled by Liona's twister,instead of the Deino Liona was fighting,a familiar ghost type was there.Infact he owned 1 himself;a Litwick."Wait,your allowed to switch pokemon? How come nobody told me"James grouched as he eyed the White Ghost type."From what i've seen,that Litwick's her most powerfull pokemon...i've gotta keep on my toes.No amount of knowledge about ghost types will take down a trained one."He though as he started thinking of what would be most effective to attack the Litwick."Liona,start use off with a Thunder wave"James shouted at the Serpentine Dragon.Hoewever to his surprise the Dratini seemed Dizzy and of track and instead hurt itself due to it's confusion."What,why is Dratini confused all of a sudden?"He said as he watched the litwick gigle insanely.

"All out, boy?" Danielle asked, although she knew the answer already. Her Mawile responded by producing another Fairy Wind, his jaws chopping on thin air to signal that he is ready for the barrage of bubbles. "Get the goal then, Zared! Give it all you got!" Danielle cheered.

Zared didn't need to be told twice. He cringed as some of the bubbles popped on his face but managed to direct the pink wind towards Lady and the hole. The Mawile then watched as the Marill made its descent back to Earth, panting from exhaustion. The fire in his eyes, however, is still shining brightly.

The attack knocked Marill out, unable to continue the battle. “Take a good rest, Lady,” Kristen whispered, “I won’t lose this one!” Due to the rules she had to use her latest catch. It wasn’t ideally since she hadn’t much time to bond with the Skrelp, but her Vullaby was weak to Fairy attacks anyway. “Skrelp, let’s finish this!” she hissed in anger. She wasn’t about to lose against Danielle of all people. The nameless Skrelp seemed hyped and glared at his opponent. “Water pulse!”

A blue water orb was fired at Jared and would hopefully knock him out.

[Felicity]

"Well, I need to tend to Doux. He's very tired from my battle, especially as he put in so much work." Claude said as he walked off to find somewhere to get Doux some help.

[DarkLight]

"Gooaaalll!" Danielle had yelled as Lady crashed into the ground. She was quite ecstatic after that victory, and Kristen's seething anger was a good cherry on top. "That was great Za---" Of course, she was interrupted as Kristen ordered her new Skrelp to use Water Pulse. "Dodge that by going into a hole!" She quickly commanded. Danielle knew there was a small chance for him to make an impact before he went down. And she doubt he would want to go down yet.

Unlike his now-hyper trainer, Zared's attention was focused on his opponent's side of the field the whole time. He was ready to dive out of the way as soon as the Skrelp was sent out and, as a result, he managed to gather the last of his energy and scrambled into a nearby hole to avoid the Water Pulse. "Zared? Can you keep going?" 'Of course! I"m not going down that easily!' Instead of his usual, triumphant cry, however, his eyes began to water. As he climbed out of the hole, he began to sniffle, letting the tears fall down to his cheeks and towards the ground.

'Fake Tears?' Danielle instantly turned onto Kristen, giving a seemingly angry look. "Hey, chill out! I was about to recall Zared so that he could get some rest! Now look what you did! You made my Pokemon cry!" As if to confirm her "suspicions," Zared's sniffling turned into outright crying; he was clutching his scratched up horn and showing the Skrelp what Lady did to him.

[Chim]

The charade fooled the Skrelp, but not Kristen. “Don’t fall for it! That thing is trying to trick you! It loves to battle and has a nasty arrogant look when it fights!” Kristen’s words got through. The Skrelp started to get mad about being tricked. “Double Water Pulse!”

The first attack was aimed directly at Jared while the other one would impact the area right behind the hole.

[DarkLight]

"Takes one to know one," Danielle said quietly as Zared chuckled through his tears. 'He's at his limit, and he knows it. So, there is one thing left before she gets a chance to shine.' She could see Zared give a nod in her direction. "Zared, charge through and reveal your secret!"

Zared gave a sigh, as if he was disappointed in the Skrelp's hasty conclusion. He toss back his horn and, mustering all of his remaining energy, the Mawile charged forward with a Hidden Power to block some of the damage from the Water Pulse. Once he got close, Zared attempted to slam his horn into the Skrelp in an effort to pull off a Pain Split before he goes down.

"Dodge it and finish it off with a Water Pulse!" Skrelp easily dodged the incoming Mawile and fired another Water Pulse from close range.

[Sutoratosu]

Mareek had decided to start working on something for Nemo using his pokedex after he saw Evan trying out the advice he'd offered, the pages cycling by on the screen until he exited the actual Species documentation section and navigated to Moves. Nemo got up behind him and looked over his shoulder curiously as he did, seeing the boy was looking at a Move called "Bone Rush"... actually, that sounded pretty familiar to the Ground Type...

"Do you remember this from earlier?" He held up the screen to the orphan. On it played footage of a Lucario slamming it's spiked palms together before drawing them away from each other just as suddenly. A long, glowing bone of green light blazed in it's paws as it held the conjured weapon like a bow staff. Nemo glanced down at his Club, recalling precisely what his trainer was referencing with a nod.

"I saw how you held yours out like a sword instead of a Staff during the battle," His trainer went on to explain. "It gave me an idea I think could work out well..." he lowered the Pokedex and powered it off before stowing it back into his pocket. "I'm going to teach you how to use your Bone Rush attack like a sword instead of a bow staff. I figure since, well... you're not that tall, so you'd honestly have kind of a hard time trying it like a Lucario does, plus with a sword style to it, you'd have a bit more mobility. What do you think?"

Nemo... was actually more than intrigued about the proposition. How quickly he sprung up and started swinging his club around in the air in front of him more than made it clear that his answer was a resounding 'Yes!'

"Alright, alright..." his trainer said. "Calm down and find me a stick; your lessons start right now. over the next couple of weeks we're going to work to get you up to par in battle and I'm going to teach you everything I was taught after I got my Black Belt." The Cubone jumped up in excitement and ran off towards the nearest swath of brush just a couple feet or so away, going to work trying to find a piece of discarded wood like he'd been told to. Meanwhile Mareek was watching him as Evan's Vulpix made it's way over to where he sat.

“Pix?”

"I'm guessing this vulpix is yours too?" He said, looking down at the fox as his Cubone came back carrying a stick that was about twice as long as he stood tall, taking a gander at the red fox as he dropped the wood beside his trainer.

"Cue?"

The Water Pulse knocked Zared back into Danielle's field. The stubborn Mawile attempted to get up to try again, but finally fell in the puddle, unable to continue. Danielle smiled and pulled out his Great Ball from her belt. "You did great, Zared. Take a well deserved rest." With that, the red beam absorbed the Fairy type back into its capsule. 'Zared already set up the field.' She thought as she looked around. 'A shame about the water, but I'm sure she could work around it.'

With a deep breath to cool herself down, Danielle enlarged the Dusk Ball and tossed it up. Avis flew out of the dark aura that was emancipating from the capsule and gave a resounding cry. She was happy to teach this annoying redhead a thing or two. "Dark Pulse now!" Danielle commanded as soon as she grabbed the Eviolite anklet in the air.

Avis glared at the Skrelp and began to fire off a series of black rings. Before it could even reach their target, however, the Dark Pulse dissipated into thin air shortly afterwards.

"Reina, get closer. If that Frogadier jumps out, give him a nice Bite." Normally, that would be inadvisable, but now that Protean had changed the frog to a Normal-type. . .
