[If you haven't seen this guy in action or heard of him at least, you're probably wondering why someone would use him ever. Well, hear me out. Evolution Stone combined with Special Defense EVs boost his Special Defense to well over 350, and his already good Defense, combined with Evolution Stone, will become enourmous with Acid Armor. Toxic is the classic move for stalling Pokémon, especially useful with Shelmet's horrid Attacking Stats. Bug Repellant lets you ebb away at your foe's Special Attack, increasing your stalling capabilities. Rest is the broken healing move when combined with Rain, and can frustrate anyone. Your bane is Steels, Poisons, and most Gliscors. You can either switch, or attempt to PP stall dem with yuor numerous Acid Armors.]
