Nova
I dediced to do another Reborn run waiting for the next episode and i've just defeated Kiki with this team. Thoughts? Sharpedo (F) Ability: Speed Boost Level: 39 - Crunch - Aqua Jet - Ice Fang - Screech Finished the Aqua gang questline early and got this helpful fella. He kan heavily damage nearly anything, but it can't take a hit Gothitelle (F) Ability: Shadow Tag Level: 42 Hardy (None) - Charge Beam - Psychic - Psyshock - Tickle Charge Beam + Psychic and Tickle + Psyshock provide two useful combos to deal with both physically and specially defensive opponents. Infernape (M) Ability: Iron Fist Level: 43 Brave (+Atk, -Spe) - Close Combat - Flare Blitz - Fury Swipes - Taunt My starter mon and my main powerhouse. I think i'll have to give it some common candies because i don't have Aya's badge yet. Luxray (F) Ability: Intimidate Level: 40 Adamant (+Atk, -SpA) - Charge - Bite - Thunder Fang - Swagger Intimidate and Charge allow it to take both physical and special hits. I am planning to replace this one with Heliolisk, but i can't find a Sun Stone yet. Cofagrigus (M) Ability: Mummy Level: 42 Timid (+Spe, -Atk) - Will-O-Wisp - Ominous Wind - Hex - Curse The newest addition to my team. Will-o-wisp + Hex for combos, Curse for boss battles and Ominous Wind for RNG sweeps. Granbull (F) Ability: Intimidate Careful (+SpD, -SpA) Level: 40 - Outrage - Close Combat - Headbutt - Bite Bred it with my Infernape for good IVs and Close Combat. Works pretty well, but it doesn't have any STAB attacks yet Notable PC mons: -Emolga (32, Mild, Motor Drive) Nuzzle, Acrobatics, Double Team, Electro Ball -Swalot (34, Calm, Gluttony) Sludge, Rock Smash, Body Slam, Toxic -Liepard (33, Hardy, Prankster) Cut, Assurance, Assist, Sand-Attack

AuthorReborn
Replace Luxray ASAP. I you can find a Sun while mining. Just save in front of the rock you're going to mine, maybe active a speed hack, and start mining. If you don 't get a sun stone just soft reset until you do. Etesian
If you go back to E12 or earlier, you can get and train up a Goldeen to breed Waterfall onto Sharpedo to give it an actually decent Water STAB attack. Uproar would be a good move for Gothitelle, at least for now, so grab yourself a Spinda. After Luna, you could also go back to E12 and breed Lotad/Petilil>Cacnea>Gothitelle for Energy Ball and Dark Pulse. Instead of Taunt and Fury Swipes, I'd say run with Thunder Punch and either Acrobatics or Fake Out. I'm 99% sure that you can mine up Sun Stones, so you can already get your Heliolisk. Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Grass Knot and Surf/HP Ice sounds good to me. There's a Grass Knot TM in E13 or you can use the Pansage in Aventurine forest to breed in E12 (Pansage>Scraggy>Helio) But keep in mind that, for Surf, the Solar Power boost is not enough to make up for the sun-caused decrease in power. And what's worth mentioning is that (although it's not really "legal") you can get yourself a Toxic Orb by abusing a glitch and the Facade TM from the Game Corner, Guts Luxray might be worth using with those two. In the Wasteland, you can get yourself a Spiritomb which passes on Nasty Plot (and Memento, though it's not that great a move). Nasty Plot, Trick Room, HP Fighting and Shadow Ball make this thing a monster. Once you get to that point, just swap Headbutt for Play Rough and Bite for Crunch and you're good to go. Deleted User
The team looks good outside of Luxray. It's a pretty poor mon in Reborn even compared to Gamefreak's games.

I guess i'll try some resetting for mining to get that Sun Stone . Then i'll breed Helioptile for Grass Knot and evolve it to replace Luxray. Infernape learns Acrobatics at a higher level, so i'll replace Taunt with that, and relearn Mach Punch instead of Fury Swipes. I continued playing for a while, even beat Garchomp on the first try with Intimidate spamming, and Granbull got Play Rough so STAB's not a problem anymore. Thanks for the feedback, this is actually the first team where I don't horribly fail on nearly every Gym Battle
