Badge of Authority: Gym Leader Types/Teams

Right, bored again, but I'll let this one be a little creative. It's simple enough.

If you were a gym leader, what three types would you represent, and which pokemon would you use?

Here's the ground rules:

• We're going with the standard Gen 6 limit on Pokemon. That means you may only use THREE of them.
• To offer the most freedom possible with selection, assume that you are the EIGHTH gym leader. Fully evolved pokemon are allowed.
• If you can, don't just think about the team here. Think about greetings, and closing remarks. Dialogue is fun.*
• The other reason I'm asking you limit yourselves to three 'mons is so you can give me three types if you want to.
• Sets are fine - if you're not giving me dialogue*
• You may not put ITEMS on your pokemon.
• Levels are irrelevant, so don't list them.
• Which TM would you award?

* - dialogue can get messy, so if you -can't- supply some, it's okay if you don't, considering how much text this could potentially create.

My gym leader wouldn't represent a type, but he'd represent a theme. He'd represent 'mind games' or tricks/gimmicks.
my pokemon would be zoroark(if given trick, would have a choiceband and would be programmed to use trick first turn), malamar (with contrary, superpower,lightscreen, restochesto, night slash (or topsyturvy)), and either aegislash or mawile (mega with focus punch and suckerpunch, substitute and playrough)
or a shuckle with powerswap and trick/trickroom (and maybe a red card?, the item that forces the attacker to swap)
It would be either a rotation battle, or an inverse battle.

the gym would consist of a three seperate puzzles, each containing their own room, the trainers in that room would have types according to the style of the room.

The first room would consist of 25(or 16) rotating pathways, each path being 1 tile thick, and up to 3 tiles long, branch up to two extra times (a cross shape, a tetris cross shape, a 'corner' piece, or a straight 1x3 piece) touching the center of any of these paths would cause certain ones (or all of them) to rotate. The trainers in this room would be either electric or steel types (or both). or for simplicity's sake, there would be switches on the sides that you'd have to trigger to rotate specific tiles.

Next room would consist of a darkness puzzle, you have to find the path in a room devoid of light, taking a wrong step causes you to fall into the room below, and/or to fight a trainer. Trainers would be darkness type trainers.

The last room would make it seem as if you ended up outside, but the door to the gym would be 'locked' you'd have to go find the switch nearby, there would be 'invisible walls' to keep you from venturing too far, the switch would turn off the illusion and reveal that the actual door was right next to the perceived locked door. Psychic type trainers.



My guy would open up "Ha ha ha, so you made it! Did you like the puzzles? Which was your favorite? I had lots of fun making them, bumped my head a few times makin- oh, yeah, the gym battle!"

and then upon defeat "Looks like you figured it out, here you earned this <hands the Illusion/trick badge>. Now you're ready to go fight the elite four, go throw them for a loop!"

After the player leaves the gym entirely, he runs out
"Oh, I almost forgot! <hands Trick Room TM>"
