hederach Posted November 9, 2014 Share Posted November 9, 2014 (edited) I'm in the part of the game where titania retrieves the surf hm for me after beating samson at agate circus, she says i have to wait, but it seems i have to go to a specific place for some event to activate, i tried exploring route 2 but so far no luck.
