ralts event?

so i was looking at the obtainable pokemon lis and i noticed that i could get a ralts so where do i go and how do i get it

If you haven't defeated Aya and obtained the Venom Badge, you can't quite yet.

If you have, you'll need to take the Magnet Powder found in the Blacksteam Factory, and the Corrupted Poke Ball found by using Rock Smash on a wall in the Underground Railnet to a shop in Obsidia Ward called Critical Capture.

Well it's decently late in the game, when you get strength and enter the underground railnet you can break a wall and find a corrupted pokeball. All I will say is that the ralts is in the pokeball you can find in one of the walls. The rest you can find yourself.

Ralts: In the Abandoned Railnet, the part where you have to connect the tracks there are darkened sections of wall. These walls can be rock smashed down and one of them will contain a corrupted pokeball. Bring the pokeball to the pokeball store and there will be a npc in a white coat. He is a ball designer and after some dialogue referencing Missingno he will ask for magnet powder bought on 7th street to fix the pokeball. Bring the magnet powder to him and you'll get a ralts.
