The only advice to give for it is: Talk to everyone, and when something new happens, talk to everyone again. And I really mean everyone. You shouldn't just speed through the text, and when you don't know what to do, ask for step-by-step instructions. Bennett should have told you where to go. I know 7th street was redesigned in ep13, but I think the entrance to continue the story is still the closest door to where you found him.
