[Resolved] Ep 14 Growlithe

It doesn't look like anyone made this topic, so here goes.

So far, I THINK Growlithe is unobtainable in episode 14 because where you find the officer that fell into the hole, there is no growlithe there (I didn't check and see if you could still see the body before) What I did, was reopen episode 13.2 and I was able to talk to the growlithe in the library and finish the Police sidequest. Also, in episode 14, the Commissioner doesn't seem to be there. I'm not 100% sure, but it doesn't seem like you can get Growlithe without going back to episode 13.2 first.

Well like I said, i'm not 100% sure cause the commissioner wasn't in the station and the growlithe wasn't by the hole in the library

Where do you trade the Growlithe to get Azurill?

I believe from one of the officers back in the Police Station in Jasper Ward.

I've got my growlithe just fine. The officers don't appear if you don't talk first to the commissioner in the police station.
