For once I remembered to bring my 3DS with me, I put it in sleep mode, see what I can get from StreetPass. In 7 hours in the city I got 2 hits total on my StreetPass. One of them was an Eon Ticket holder. Needless to say I was surprised beyond words, the odds of that in middle-of-nowhere Norfolk are absolutely astronomical. Does a notification show up or something? lol. When you get it via streetpass, you'll get a notification in the BuzzNav section of the bottom screen. When you update the news, you'll receive it, then you have to go to a pokemon center to physically receive it.
