"My apologies, ser. I mean't would the path towards Sigeto cross close to the lunamancer. I did not mean to confront him, when I said that, but was merely considering the proximity to him. I would not want to endanger you should I loose control. Again, my apologies my lord." Saying this Karn looked at his companions, hoping for more information.

Noticing his companions silence, Dorian tried to speak up again. "On thinkning, I'd say that should our party stay to fight the Vampires, we'd have the best chances. Anyone else...?" He tried, hoping to get another to speak up. He really hoped his companions were a bit more talkative, the travels always went faster whilst chatting.

"I care not of our objective." Zix said. He leaned back in a chair. He really didn't. Either way he was helping the cause. He figured for Silef's sake the Vampires would be best, but he wasn't going to speak for the noblewoman. She could handle herself.

"I think it to be wisest if we headed for Sigeto," Maya said, speaking up and breaking the silence that fallen among her party mates aside from Karn. "As Lord Iain himself said just a moment ago; he holds the most political sway out of anyone assembled here. If there are any survivors still, then he could lend the particular mission's appearance some legitimacy that it might be missing if another group were to undertake it; A party headed by a pirate or a sorceress, no offense, m'lord and lady," she said, bowing her head a little to Asgall and Ailios both. "Likely wouldn't receive the same acknowledgement, again assuming there's anyone capable of fighting or any form of governance still left alive over there, as one led by a Nobleman of considerable standing, and one bearing envoy from the king, no less. The sight of an actual Emissary could be enough to rally some fighting hope in survivors, and hope can sometimes prove to be a powerful weapon..." She fully expected one of her companions to either speak up in support of the proposition or shoot it full of holes as she finished, passing a discrete glance at the three men she'd be traveling with aside from the Nobleman himself.

"I'd have to agree with her," Kryst said agreeing with Maya while nodding his head. "at least we won't be totally dismissed by the people if they happen to be a little skeptic of the whole situation." He said crossing his arms, "And I'd rather not have us be the laughing stock of the city if I'm being perfectly honest honest."

Now that two of his newfound companions had said their piece, Ayak decided that it was time to say his as well. Leaning forward from his seat beside the party, he addressed all three of them. 'If this lowly monk may put in a word?' Ayak paused a moment before continuing on. 'It should be known that while it matters little in the long run which foe we decide to pursue, the spirits have told me that despite the words of lord Iian, the smoothest path to victory lies in us confronting that giant that roams the watery deep. Even so, i am but a measly fifth of our collective voice, so i am content even if we as a whole reach a different conclusion. All i ask, is that we remember to give appropriate weight to that which has been revealed to us by those of a higher power.' Ayak was certain of the truth concerning the revelation he had just made, but even so, he had decided to abide by whatever outcome the group would decide upon. After all, it did not matter whether the left hand or the right hand held the food, as long as the mouth was fed in the end.

Iain glared for a second at Kryst. "I'd worry more about surviving than I would about people's opinions."

With this, Iain stood, raising his voice to address all present. "It seems there was little conclusion reached. Very well; Based on the opinions of the few who cared to voice them, Ailios will be staying in Éire, and I will be leaving for Sigeto. Asgall and his team will be distracting the Leviathan, and then scout the surrounding isles to try and find a way to defeat him.

There is little point in saying anything else, and there is little else to be said. Those in Ailios team, you will leave the tavern tomorrow at midday. The rest, be at the port at dawn. You are dismissed."

With a wave o his hand, Iain motions for you all to leave, moments later resuming his previous discussion with Asgall and Ailios.

And with this, Gaelach Basm: The starting point is over! Yay! Good form, everyone, we're done here.

...Well, not quite. The story will continue in two threads, which I'll be making today or tomorrow - One for Ailios' party, entitled Gaelach Basm: Deahman Scail and the other for Asgall's (and momentarily, Iain's) party called Gaelach Basm: Kal' Enendral

I'll see you there!

PS: Since this RP is technically over, I'd ask this forum to be locked so no more replies can be made. Danka!
