Psychic "Custom" Mono-type run a.k.a Pursinlocke

So... I'm about to start a Custom Mono-type Run in Volt White 2 challenge mode so wynaut create a topic here.

Since I'm doing a nuzlocke already, I decided to do something different this time and since a name is obligatory I decided to name it "pursinlocke" although it's not a nuzlocke, it can still be done as so.

Rules

Pursinlocke (although it's not a locke)

1- You can only catch one pokemon per area and none else.
2- Any pokemon you catch must be randomly swapped for an egg that is in the PC. (I'm gonna use random.org)
2.5 - All Pokémon must be of the same type. Dual typing counts as always.
3- Any pokemon hatched may be leveled to the level matching the pokemon that was exchanged for the egg, through the use of Rare Candies. Because of this, any Rare Candies obtained in the game must be used immediately, for authenticity purposes.
4- All of your pokemon who fought against a Gym Leader must be boxed right after the battle.
5- Pursinlocke ends when one of these 3 conditions are met: (1) the player loses a battle /
(2) the player doesn't have any more pokemon available / (3) the player rematches the elite 4 + champion and wins.

Got a Quick Claw in Floccecy Ranch and decided to give it to the slowest in my team, unfortunately it's a tie between Baltoy and Gothita, so I gave it to Baltoy because wynaut.

So my rival gave me an exp. share, can I even call him a rival? :/.

... and the Team Plasma dude gave me TM21 Frustration. Kind.

Staryu solo'd 2 level 11 pokemon being 6/7 (Alder's er... apprentice I guess). It was so fast I didn't have time to screenshot lel.

Before facing the Gym Leader, how about a friendly battle with Roxanne? Yes, RSE gym leaders are here too and they're supposed to be beaten before the Gym Leader, although it' not mandatory. Anorith could've potentially solo'd my team, but thankfully this is not a nuzlocke so I can sack pokemon.

Now the question is... which pokemon shall face Cheren. I'll decide tomorrow #cliffhanger.

I lost to Cheren . Gothita and Baltoy didn't make it.

Maybe I should've used Staryu but I wanted to save it for Clay. Welp I might try another time.
