When they decided to remix The Other Promise (Roxas' theme from Kingdom Hearts 2 and 358/2 days) and put it as Ametrine City's music EDIT: I'm kinda uneducated, so I did some research. This theme is GlitchxCity's remix of X and Y Snowbelle City, but he threw in The Other Promise in there for the lols. The Other Promise is used in 358/2 as you said and portions of KH2FM but fully used during the battle between Roxas and Sora.
