0 Knight_Teutonic
You need a chimecho to get it on azurine island (the building used by the meteors). Edited January 5, 2015 by Knight_Teutonic
0 Taska
You go to Azurine Island and give the man in the house previously inhabited by Team Meteor a Chimecho and he will give you the Chikorita.

0 nemesish
Currently, Gen I starters are only available as Game-beggining-starters and none is available as an event. But if you got Bulbasaur before, you don't need Chimecho to get Chikorita.
