Tourmaline Desert Hype!

So I realized I had forgotten to do something with episode 14 that I did with all the other new episodes: Go through the Jukebox for new music! And lookie what I found:

That means the desert itself can't be far behind... right? Hey, it could happen as maybe a way to get into Calcenon (maybe the Mr. Mime barrier doesn't block the back side of the mountain, which faces the desert).

The best part is, the music itself is my second-favorite of GlitchxCity's tracks:

Now, Ame just has to find a way to implement my number one favorite... And maybe number three...

That's because there is a difference between having some pokemon strong enough to handle certain occasions, and having a single pokemon (eg Gyarados) that can sweep through gym leaders and be the answer to any tough situation.

Everyone's talking about how wether or not Gible would make the game easy, and not the Tournaline Desert... Besides, Y'all are forgetting Ame's policy on pseudo legendaries.

I'm sure Gible WILL be in the desert, just not obtainable until late or post game. Like how Dratini is in Ametrine Mountain.

At that point there are already dozens of pokemon available that 'would make the game easier', a gible wouldn't make any difference, since we're already at an advanced point of the game.

If ame already made Beldum available, I don't see a problem at adding gible :)

I really love that remix. Feels really like something that´d go well with a desert.

The desert will probably be the place for a gym-battle against Titania I think, but then again

it´d be perfect for a battle against Solaris. I mean we haven´t seen his whole team, but so far it looked like something that would have an advantage in a sandstorm and a desert-field. The meteors are probably behind the derailing trains and the destroyed tracks.

Gible will probably be obtainable there, but as many others said here: Endgame. Probably with Rock Climb or something. Either that or it´ll be in an area you can access only after completing the game, because we can´t have nice things.

I really hope the desert will be a big area, not just small passageways or something. For all I care it can be a pain in the ass with difficult wild pokemon, Excadrill and Sandslash with Sand Rush everywhere so you can´t run. I mean it´s supposed to be a desert, and as that old man at the gate said, not a place for humans.

It IS possible that Gible or Larvitar will be in the desert. Actually this is the most probable scenario. If we get access to it , it WILL be hard like it was with Beldum and will have the highest catch rates. It won't be a standard event. It remains an incredibly strong pokemon that can handle its threats well and in the desert it will have the evasion hax on its favor.

If we get to battle these pokemon, like it was with beldum, the abilities will be generated randomly. Like sometimes, when I tried to catch a beldum, it had Clear body, while at other times, it had Light Metal, so I don't think that these pokemon will ALWAYS have sand veil. Unless, ofc, you are talking about some sort of 'guardian', like the pangoros (in the scraggy event), for example. In that case, you may be right.

I was both thinking of the way to obtain it and the potential it has (given it has sand veil), if used in the desert. Given how easy it is to level up pokemon and simultaneously EV train them, one could take a break, go back to Route 1 (if we have the opportunity of course) grind it and come back.

When obtaining it, it should have a guardian. In my opinion, it won't be like Beldum, because Beldum was found inside an area of ruin, with certain computer systems still running. This time, we are in the dragon's natural habitat, so I am expecting it to be guarded by several "adults".
